This is the fith time we have stayed at this hotel, the remodelling is almost finished and is a good upgrade. The resturant is very satisfactory with good food at reasonable prices. Staff very helpfull and friendly. The great position at the end of Orchard Road gives easy accdess to all transport and shopping, sightseeing.

I stayed for 2 days and it was very good in my opinion. Excellent location and staff, good facilities and breakfast and quiet place at night. I would stay again in my next trip to Singapore.

It was a beautiful hotel in a very central part of Singapore. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room service was incredibley prompt and polite. I look forward to going back to the Concorde Hotel very soon.

I have stayed at this hotel several times in 2007 - only because I could get Starwood points and the Sheraton Towers was too expensive. Le Meridien is very run down and almost depressing if you are stuck in the room for any length of time. On one occasion it took me 5 minutes just to explain that I wanted a room service breakfast card menu to put on my room door. Check-in and out is extremely slow. The Executive Lounge smells strongly of stale food. The management staff are well aware of all the problems at this hotel but the owners won?t spend any money on it. Why should they ? they can charge exorbitant rates for a 2 star equivalent hotel and have a high occupancy rate. It is a discredit to the Le Meridien badge.

The hotel was very good value when considering that it made no additional charge to allow two children under 12 to stay with us and have breakfast every day as well. The hotel itself is a little tired and old, but acceptable given the room rate and all the staff we met were very helpful and friendly throughout our entire stay.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Though the check out time is 12:00 noon, they let us stay in another room till 8:00 PM as our child was not well. Only issue with the hotel is that they don't have much food options for the vegetarians.

The hotel is in need of some refurbishing at some point, but the Executive Room I booked (9th floor) was quite large and the bed comfortable. The location is great with plenty of shopping and food possibilities. Has a fairly big fitness area and outdoor pool, and even onsite doctor's clinic (reassuring for elderly or persons who are ill). The restaurant is reasonable by international standards - I recommend the express breakfast in the lobby which is a steal at s9.-

It was a great experience at Concorde Hotel singapore. The staff were very friendly and helpfull, the location is just fantastic, can't wait to go back when the renovations are complete. I think it will be wonderful.

An excellent, well-located Hotel. Service is superb and staff polite, efficient, and always available with friendly and effective help. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Excellent general restaurant. Will stay there again

I was expecting a better experience, but was a bit disappointed by the condition of the rooms. It's time for a renovation--rooms are clean, but noticed cracked countertop surfaces, mildew on shower curtain, and chipped furniture. Internet at 28 per day is a ripoff, and breakfast is expensive if not included in price. Location is great, although it is above a seedy shopping area with bars and massage places. Next time I will look elsewhere.

Although the hotel is old but the condition of the room is rather good and clean. Love the location too, a bit over pricey though.

Great central hotel at a fair price although it's a real shame the pedestrian entrance is through a down-maket shopping mall.

Visited during the IMF conference and was booked into a Presidential Suite - not by my book! Switched to a room at half of that price midway through my stay and the only difference was the bed size. The second room's bath was a disaster - toilet stained and tub loosing its finish - old and tired says it all. My biggest complaint was that they had the gall to charge S35++ for internet - talk about driving the business man away! Next trip definately I will be somewhere else.
