From: Mazin Ismail, United Kingdom Date of Stay: March, 2009 *We had booked the free shuttle service from airport to hotel 7 days prior to arrival (confirmed by hotel e-mail)but this was not waiting for us on arrival.We had to wait outside the airport in 30C heat for more than 1/2 hour while the hotel was phoned and shuttle sent.However, the quality of the shuttle is commended. *Hotel is too far from main road so not possible to walk to main road to catch a taxi.This allows the hotel sponsered taxi service,which is an absolute RIP-OFF, an absolute monopoly. *Hotel uses tap water rather than bottled water in ice-making for drinks.This caused some of us severe diarrhea. *Inspite of booking non-smoking rooms we ended up with smelly smoking rooms and all attempts at changing the rooms failed.Two of us who are asthmatic suffered a lot.

Excellent hotel with the best staff, best food, professional customer service team especially Mr. Mohamed Tawab he assisted me in many every thing i want not only in the hotel but also he made several restaurant reservations for me and my family, he arranged also marvelous tours to the pyramids & the sphinx, all the staff is very helpful smiling all the time. I LOVE THIS HOTEL....

Excellent for business traveller seeking overnight stay near airport. Not a good location for those who want to visit highlights of Cairo. Good service, spacy room, good value. Loud live music in garden and function rooms, but didn´t reach my room. WiFi internet access pricy and slow.

Excellent hotel, excellent rooms, fantastic food, everything was good even the pool & the lobby. They were really memorable days in Cairo, the only bad experience was the lady in the business center, she was very rude, I think that she didn't want to help me in any subject even every time I go to the business center, she pretends that she is busy with anything, but the main desk staff were very helpful, always smilling ..Overall Excellent....

the location is close enough to the airport and a major shopping center very convenient for a short business trip. one thing was annoying that breakfast was not included with the booking, I had to pay for it extra. Evening entertainment was diverse in a beautiful outdoor setting with dinner and dance area

Beautiful , palace-like hotel with charming terraces and pool. Great staff and clean rooms. Breakfast abundant and several bars sand restaurant to choose from for lunch and dinner. Only drawback is the high rte for the wireless internet. A large number of visitors will need it and € 6 per hour is way too high for Egypt.

I liked the hotel and the service BUT I did not like the location. It is close to the airport BUT far from most of the places I wanted to visit.

An excellent hotel, we were so impressed with all services, we will be using this hotel in the future. Very handy for those who want to be stying around the Heliopolis area. If you prefer to be in a quieter room ask for one away from the swimming pool; but you will miss on a lot of fun. Food is excellent and value for money if you choose the open buffet. An excellent hotel, good value for money.
