I was Very Dissatisfied with the upkeeping of hotel maintenance, the air conditioner was not working properly the whole time of our stay. I called the front desk one of the nights and the person their said there was nothing they could do at that time. The sink in the room was so backed up. It was easier to wash up in the tub. The beds were very uncomfortable. I was just waiting for my two days stay to be over.

There is not an iron in the room, the fridge is old and barely closes. The shower was clean, but the shower barely worked. The prices to stay in hotle is based on the location, other than that it's not worth the money.

The location is great. The motel is old, and needs to be updated. The only elevator is slow and needs attention. The guestroom ceilings are sagging from age. The balconies have 3 diffent styles of railings, from the older ones with netting tied to them because the bars are so far apart, to the newer ones which are fine. The Staff was very nice. The continental breakfast was ok. The pool was very nice and clean. I would go back if the price was lower, but would not recommend it to my friends, who are much more particular. This could be a very nice place if it was upgraded, and could use a second elevator

I always love staying at this motel, It is a great location. My family like to fish and crab watch at nite...walk accross the street. My son loves the pool and the fact you can walk out from the first floor to the swimming area. Rooms are alway cool and clean. We always stay at this hotel.
