It is a very clean hotel with wonderful beds! The carpet needs replacing and the omelet was awful! We were very pleased with the comfort of this hotel. The bed was very comfortable. I had stayed at a Comfort Suites in Houston and fell in love with my stay there, so that's why we chose a Comfort Suites in College Station and we had the same level of comfort. One morning, the breakfast consisted of their version of an omelet (just eggs and cheese) and the cheese part was dirty. The waffle maker wasn't working very well either because it wasn't cooking very thoroughly. We will definitely stay here again though because of the cleanliness of the bathroom, room and comfortable beds!

Location was convenient, yet far enough off a main thoroughfare to be quiet. The room was well furnished with more amenities than expected for a "budget" chain. The breakfast was underwhelming, but well above average for the typical continental, serve yourself breakfast. The best feature of all was that the heating/air conditioning was quiet. Although there was the typical window unit, the controls were wall mounted and there was no sound from the window unit. That made for a wonderful, restfull night. Would definitely stay again.

This was by far one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. The rooms are clean & the furnishings are top rate. The breakfast was huge & very filling. It's located just off the street so it's quiet. It's close to campus, the mall & lots of eating places.

Jacuzzi tub in the room. Carpet was worn and dirty. Jacuzzi tub in the room was nice but broken and didn't work. The closet door wouldn't stay closed and the carpet was worn and dirty, to the point you didn't want to go without shoes.

our air condiitoner didn't work and we didn't get maid service. such a pity for a new hotel.

The staff was extremely friendly and the rooms were clean and nice. There was only one elevator that was very slow.

They change their pet policy because of hurricane. It wasa suite that could accommodate me and my aging parents and my 3 dogs to evacuate to safety. They allowed pets for this situation and were very happy about this, and to be in suite with 3 beds, were very helpful.
