The hotel was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was great. The selection was great from eggs and sausages to doughnuts, was more than I expected. The only thing that I had a problem with was it was very hot out and when we went back to our room it was not cleaned and we waited in lobby for 2 hours. The hotel was very nice; the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast had a great selection.

Very convinient to Lehigh University, college visit. Area around hotel was somewhat industrial.

This hotel has recently redone itself, new carpeting, decor, the beds are very comfortable, and the people there are very friendly. I stay there on a regular basis. Great rates and very comfortable.

I travel all over north America and I would like to say that I had a very plesant stay at the Comfort Suites University. This is a very nice hotel with excellent service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a good Hotel in the Bethlehem, PA area.

This is an inexpensive hotel that gives you first-rate service. The front desk is very friendly and will do anything for the guest. I have been coming here for the last 12 years. Especially since they have gone to completely no smoking, the place has improved even more. One does not have to deal with the awful smoke. This year they have improved the beddings; it is almost luxurious. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. If I have one gripe is that the TV service does not include Comedy Central; if you are a John Stewart or Colbert Report fan you are out of luck. That said, I have been coming for 12 years and expect to continue coming for the next 12.
