I booked our room for 13 days. Every day we went out our room was made up,but and i think this is a big one the bedding was not changed. I had to ask if i wanted our bedding changed. Floors were not cleaned. No liner for the ice bucket. No internet in the room. Only in the lobby. The lobby also doubles as the breakfast room. Which looks like a bomb hit it. Cereal all over the floor nothing left as far as any eatable food. The hotel is out dated and dirty,dirty,dirty. Never again.

Hotel was only minutes to Universal Studios. Rooms were very quiet and clean. Breakfast buffet had a good daily selection. No fitness room. Large pool was nice.

First of all this hotel is very far away from ANYTHING. No restaurant in the hotel, the closest is about 8 miles away. Way too far if you don't have a vehicle and it kept getting expensive for the cab rides. They have no shuttle to anywhere except Universal. I was told by Travel agency that they had a free shuttle to DisneyWorld, but they didn't, and it cost 35.00 to get there. Their continental breakfast was held in the very small lobby with all the guests checking in and out literally right there in the same room. The food was horrible. They did have a waffle maker, but that's it. No eggs, or bacon, not even bagels. Only toast and muffins. My kids had fruit loops every day. The tub wouldn't drain. The pool area was small, but nice. Needless to say, we would never stay there again.

We arrived on October 16th; we were supposed to stay for 4 days. The pool area looks nice, but we decided to check out. There was a heavy musty smell when we first opened the door to the room. There were small bugs in the bathroom, so we decided to cut our losses and go elsewhere. The hotel staff was concerned about the problems that we had, but I felt that we should go elsewhere.

With five adults and two children staying in one room, I thought we were in for trouble, but the spacious rooms and great service made our trip a success. The variety of food at the continental breakfast was a very welcome surprise. My daughter lost a shoe and it was returned through lost and found that same day. Smiles from all the staff was a great touch. I would definatly recommend this hotel.

Everything was great with the hotel, EXCEPT that we had no water the entire first day/evening. Also, when we went to check out, they informed us that even though we booked/paid in full in advance through Orbitz, we still owed a $2.50 per day "resort charge." Granted, $2.50 per day is nothing, but we did supposedly pay in full. When I reminded them that we had no water the first day/eve, they agreed to waive the resort charge.

Breakfast very good lots of selections we are picky eaters. Rooms were comfortable. The tip we left was always gone but new towels and toilet paper were not replaced in the bathroom daily we had to fetch our own. We chose to not have maid service the last 2 days because we had to get our own stuff anyway. The front desk didn't answer the phone when we called to have these items sent up to us. We would stay here again. Our complaints are small irritants and we resolved our own problems quite easily. Close to all major parks.

Good value for the money and good location close to Sea World and Universal. The only problem we had was there was late night partying and excessive noise in rooms upstairs.

This hotel is in a convenient location on the West side of I-4 close to Sea World. Short distance from both Universal and Disney parks and close to the Super Walmart. Those wanting to walk everywhere would be disappointed as you have to go a bit out of the way to get on International drive and I-drive is not walking distance. Rooms are relatively large and comfortable. The free breakfast is pretty complete compared to most hotels at this price. You have to drive to meals since there aren't any restaurants close by. It does not have the heavy traffic of International Drive, but the rooms facing I-4 are still a bit noisy from the passing freeway traffic. Overall a good value.

Price and location were great. The wireless was not working, at best. The rooms and staff run about par for what you'd expect. However the wireless was utterly useless. It was slower than dial up, when working. If you need internet, stay away.

I choose this hotel for me and my workmates for the last PMA convention in Orlando Fl. and it was good enough for the convention, it was very clean.

I stayed 2 nights and brought my dog, it was perfect. Everyone was nice and they keep pets in their own buliding so I got to meet a lot of new people with great animals. The hotel was close to both Disney and Universal and if you like Sea Worl it is right around the corner also.
