The one room suite was clean and comfortable. The staff was courtious and tried to be helpful. The breakfest area was somewhat crowded due to a full hotel and a small area to eat in.

Close to where party was at/close to highway. Room looked outdated.

My overall experience was adequate, however we initially were given a room that had not been cleaned at all from the previous guests. The beds were unmade and there was trash in the wastebaskets. We immediately went to the front desk and Although we had paid for and asked for a 2 queen beds there were none available so we had to take a king bed instead. The staff was very apologetic ans pleasant and helpfulbut entering a dirty room is not the best way to start a vacation

We received our credit card bill with trumped up charges from the Country Inn & Suites, Tinley Park. We will not be booking anymore hotel rooms any Country Inn & Suites ever again. We walked through the room before we left. Everything was okay. Yet, we received a bill for $150.00 extra!!!! We tried to correct the situation with Country Inn & Suites in Tinley Park, IL and their Corporate offices with no success. Very disappointed. If you do decide to stay there make sure the manager walks through the room with you before you leave so this does not happen to you.

This Comfort Suites was a little run down and dirty! I will not stay there again unless it is the only room available!

The Jacuzzi, big bed, two televisions. The internet was very poor, kept disconnecting.

The room was fine but the service from one person made our stay misable. She was the rudest person I have experienced in my entire life. After I write this I will be calling the hotel chain to complain even more. She wouldnt let us check in early or even work with us on this. She questioned why I needed more towels when I had five teenage girls with me, she was rude to my kids who were sitting in the lobby talking to some friends.

The Comfort Suites Tinley Park was to sum up in one word DIRTY. The shower was dirty/moldy, the carpet was dirty, the drapes were dirty. I did not want to touch anything in the room. I saw more than one insect in the room. I would definity warn everyone I know to stay away from this hotel.

It is close to highway and the World Center Theatre. Restaurants were within walking distance. Nothing. Very reasonable price. Clean throughout and great location. Very close to World Theatre. Easy in and easy out.

The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were made and fresh cups left. The previous days cups and trash was not removed. No new towels left. Looking over the room we discovered the windows had duck tape holding the screens in place. Wallpaper was coming loose from the walls in the room and the bedroom. And a silver centipede type looking insect on the pillow. The breakfast was fine and the cleanliness of that room was ok.

The through the wall AC/Heater unit leaked a lot. Staff did not offer to relocate me to another room. The choice of this hotel was good for me, the staff was mostly friendly. The only complaint I have is the AC/Heater unit leaked and made the carpet extremely wet my whole stay. The unit was scheduled to be replaced after my stay, but I was not offered another room.

Exta sitting room. Air circulation of room. Rooms were clean and neat with great space. The sitting room was very nice with older children.

The room was very clean! Not helpful with early checking even if offering to pay extra. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much! Our reason for the stay was to see my grandfather who wasn't in good health. We drove all night (12 hours in car) and arrived early that morning, our reservations were for arrival that day. The front desk clerk would not allow us to check in until 3pm, we even offered to pay for the extra time. So we had to find things to do with a 4year old for 6 hours. As a hotel manager myself, I do know you can accommodate this.

I enjoyed the hotel because it was prefect for all ages, and the staffs treated me and my family as a member of their families. It's was nice. The toilet seat need to be clean better. I saw brown stain on seat. The staff was very friendly, and this hotel overall delighted my family.

Easy to find and easy to get to other places. Their fresh fruit at breakfast could have been better. They were very good about changing our room to one with a sofa hide abed which we were supposed to have. Only to a few minutes to do and we had excellent maid service while we were there.

Very nice layout of the room. It was kind of hard to find the hotel between all the other hotels in the area. The room was great and very clean. The menus provided for the local restaurants came in handy. The breakfast was good.

Bed was comfortable. Check out time. It was moderate. Compared to others in the area it's nothing spectacular.

Easy access to local needs. Did not know about noon cutoff for room cleaning, and why keys stop working next day do. Poor and lack of communication from staff. Phone in rooms should be ready for use, local and long distance, without having to call and ask after check in. More emphasis needs to be given about the 12:00 noon cutoff time for room cleaning, I mean staff should verbally remind tenants if your not out of the room by noon, it's the next day for cleaning.

It was available whereas most hotels in the area were booked. The room was ridiculously tiny. Front desk service was nice. Hotel was clean and neat. The suite was so small I had to get in the corner of the bathroom to open/close the bathroom door. I couldn't put any luggage on floor because there was not enough room to walk around. The bed was comfortable/firm with lots of pillows. Aside from the size of the room everything else was as expected.

Nice breakfast. Remotes were broken or missing parts. It's fine for a quick overnight stay, but I wouldn't recommend it for quality or long-term visits. Looks good on the outside, but little things on the inside are pretty generic.
