Attended a wedding in the sunset room and had a view of the firewooks across the water of lake champlaine.

Perfect size suite for 2 parents and 2 toddlers! The mean female employee at the breakfast buffet. We haven't traveled much with our little kids but will always seek out Comfort Suites in the future.

I was nervous upon pulling up to this motel as there was construction going on on the top floor and most of the cars in the parking lot were covered in snow indicating they had not been moved for a few days. My husband and I checked in and were pleased to know our room was going to be nowhere near the construction. We went up the elevator to the second floor only to find it quite dark yet also very warm (temperature wise) We opened our room door and were shocked! The room was huge with a small kitchen with apartment size frig, fullsize microwave, a sink and a table for two. The sitting area had a comfortable couch, chair, coffee table, end table and TV. I noticed the couch was a pull out. We had a COMFORTABLE king sized bed which was semi separated from the sitting area. The bathroom was also large with a separate vanity outside the bathroom itself (handy if we both had to get ready at the same time). All were in decent shape and very clean. The bathroom ceiling could use some work but I was still impressed. We left early in the morning and did not have time to eat at the free breakfast but will definitely stay here again. I also liked the fact that it is back away from the very busy Route 7.

Great room & very affordable.

Very convenient location, a 10 minute ride into Burlington, just down the street from Shelburne attractions. Staff was very pleasant. King suite was worth every penny.

I like the extra sink outside the bathroom and the size of the suite with the extra pull out sofa. Sofa bed mattress in very bad shape needing replacement, valance was hanging, needing repair and filthy behind the toilet. Room was large but option was not available for 2 Queen beds and 1 King with pull out. Our daughter stayed and used the pull out but the mattress was very old, stained, and flat in places. The toilet looked like it had never been cleaned behind it on side next to tub completely yellow. When I mentioned this at front desk, housekeeping manager argued it was not true. Valance was hanging away from ceiling in one spot, too. On positive side, I love the convenience of extra sink outside bathroom.

I had to go to Burlington on business, I was recommended the Holiday Inn Express from a friend, what a great Hotel. Very clean, large rooms, super BREAKFAST. Overall I had one of the most relaxing stays ever. If you get a chance stay their, YOU WON"T BE DISAPPOINTED !

This was an outstanding hotel with every expectation met ... except price.

It was quiet. Ceiling leaked; smelled of smoke. This hotel is just outside of Burlington and off the road, so it is quiet. However, it had the smell of stale smoke, and the room we were in had a ceiling that leaked water onto our luggage. A nice big room, though, with a nice view.

I asked for a free upgrade and the clerk upgraded me to a great suite! Nothing. I was so happy to be upgraded for free to the suite. The front desk staff was friendly and the room was extremely clean and even the shampoo was nice. I will definitely stay here again!

Friendly staff and efficient. The smoking rooms had an overwhelming cigarette smell when you walked in the room. Comfort and cleanliness was great but they need to freshen the air conditioning vents or air out the smoking rooms more often.

Good breakfast buffet and 24 hr. coffee. Helpful staff. Rooms are too near elevator, making them noisy. Convenient hotel. Fairly decent rates. Nice staff.
