	Date of Stay: September, 2008
The beds had extra fluffy mattress covers-made them very comfortable! The pool was unexpectedly shut down for repair. The breakfast area was small and crowded. The hotel was surprisingly nicer then I had expected. I was very pleased with the comfortable beds and the quiet, roomy bathrooms. We were very pleased with our stay and will consider this hotel the next time we go.

Our family pulled in during a blizzard exhausted from driving. Front desk staff were very friendly and accomodating. Our baby had a coughing/crying spell around midnight. It was necessary to take her out of the room (so as not to disturb other child and adult sleeping) to the lobby where we sat before the fire until she felt better. Staff offered juice or milk if she needed it. Rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast staff went out of their way the next day to meet the needs of customers. There was a tournament in town and several ball players were eating. Staff kept the area clean and replenished frequently. The only negative was that the pool was being filled when we arrived and was ready around 8:00 P.M. that evening but the water was very cold. Hot tub was too hot. Our stay was enjoyable and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Large, clean rooms with great beds. Nothing to not like. This hotel was great. I was there visiting family and I couldn't have asked for a better place to come back to. Updated, clean rooms with comfortable beds and linens. Easy access to everything. I wish I had the opportunity to stay longer than I did. It was that great. I will be coming back to this hotel again.

My room had an extremely hard bed. Bathroom had pubs on the floor and hair in the tub. If it wasn't so late when i got in i would of had them give me a new room. It was loud at night while trying to sleep. Breakfast was ok. need to get there early in order to get the fresh stuff. Staff was nice while checking in and out.

It was nicely decorated. Not very much parking space. Overall, it was fairly nice, however, I would have liked two double beds instead of one bed and a couch.

Comfortable bed and clean. Room had strong chlorine odor at times due to proximity of swimming pool. Over all it was very good.

Pool/Spa hours were excellent. All-suite hotel. This is one of the best properties. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious, and the spa/pool hours were great (open till midnight). We were very pleased at the quality of the hotel given what we were able to afford on this particular trip.

The breakfast was good. Staff did not care that our in room refrigerator did not work. Good value for money. Staff was not that helpful. Hard to get onto busy street from hotel.

Breakfast. No airport shuttle. Hotel was clean enough but the bathroom had several maintenance issues. Was not close to the airport and lacked a shuttle.

The pillow-top beds are wonderful. Had to go to 2 rooms because they kept sending me to room that wasn't been cleaned yet. Wonderful location right by everything, wireless internet was very convenient.

Room size. Location. Located just off heavily traveled street, hard to get access back to 14th street because of traffic and no stop and go lights at intersection. Other than that decent place.

Great big size room with Couch in it. Looks like a 4star hotel. Everything was great. This is the best 2 or 2 1/2 motel where I ever stayed and our family enjoyed all facilities including free internet, pool and hot spa and free breakfast and so on. I hope to be there for the next time at Sioux Falls, too. Strongly recommended.
