The elevator and hallways were in need of cleaning. The walls must be very thin because you could hear all kinds of noise from adjoining rooms.

The bed and comforter was amazingly comfortable and the room was large.

This hotel is near Old Town Scottsdale. It was very clean with a very friendly, and helpful staff. The rooms were quiet and very comfortable. The couch was an extra bonus for us since we were traveling with two teenagers! The breakfast at this hotel was also very good. It was a hot breakfast consisting of pancakes, eggs, homefries, bacon, and sausage, along with the usual continential breakfast items. The pool and hot tub were great! It was a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay at this hotel again!

We arrived middle of the night. Front desk was friendly(smiled). Room was clean. Beds were great with 4 pillows each. We needed more bedding for the sofa, and service was quick. The half wall lacks privacy for adults, but we have small children so it worked for us. The other draw back was the pool being under construction. We like an indoor pool with the AZ sun. The breakfast was better than other hotels(without in-hotel restaurants) offer, adding eggs and muffins to waffles. We weren't flying this trip, but it is easy to get to the airport. For this room and breakfast(for 6), the price is unbeatable in the area. We are on our way today for our second stay.

Walking distance to downtown Scottsdale and restaurants. Felt very safe. Bathroom toilet and tub were old and stained. Carpet not vacuumed. Maid service trying to come in at 9:00 a.m. for service. Good breakfast, close to downtown Scottsdale and restaurants. Felt very safe. Staff was friendly. Could not get internet connection for 2 days.

Great hosts. Good downtown location at a fair price. If I could mention one thing...wish they'd get rid of their small charges for local phone, safe deposit box, etc., and just roll the charges into their daily rate. While I still return, I always leave with a sour taste from some new surprise charge of a few dollars each day, plus hotel taxes. Oh, and the hotel can be noisy at times with loud kids and barking dogs. Luck of the draw.

Great bed, luxurious towels andample breakfast included. We would use this hotel again andno questions.

This hotel is a jewel in Scottsdale. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and willing to help with all requests.`Indoor pool was nice along with outdoor hot tub. I would definetely stay there again The complimentary breakfast was adequate but still only a continental.

Although the breakfast was monotonous - same items every morning - the lobby was clean, inviting, and they always had fresh coffee available as well as two computers for guests' use. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

I loved the room, the space and the continental breakfast. Nothing not to like.

I've stayed at this hotel at least 10 times in the past year. Same friendly staff always greets me. Clean and convenient. Breakfast is repetitive - could use a little variety.

One of the most confortable beds and pillows ever. Ccarpet made my bare feet dirty black. Great stay, friendly and very comfortable, nice breakfast, but not long enough.

Convenient to many areas in Tempe and Scottdale. I expected a suite, but got a room. Needs to be clearer. Nice atmosphere.I would recommend the hotel.

"Convenient if not great location. Clean. Good breakfast, but repetitive -- exactly the same food every day. Friendly enough staff.Relatively quiet. Terrible mattresses. And, be careful that if you book for a suite, make sure you get a suite -- most rooms are suites, but we were given one of the few that are not actually suites."

Good location for what we needed. Not really a suite, half wall separator. Good if you just need a place to crash for the money. We had a big group of guys and were perfect.

"Clean, large rooms. Nice breakfast. Helpful staff! Very nice public area. Close to any food, shopping preferences. Nice easy drive to the airport! Can't beat the value!"

The staff, the housekeeping, the hotel and the location. Nothing. Excellent accommodations for business or leisure. Ideal location to civic center, old town Scottsdale and freeway access to many other parts of Arizona. The staff is excellent. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The hotel offers clean rooms, a great breakfast and internet access. You will fall in love with Scottsdale and this establishment.

Easy to get to, clean. No restaurants in walking distance after 10. Nice place to stay, great distance from airport, easy to get to. Didn't hear traffic at all. Comfortable bed. Able to get to other places (mall) easily.
