It was a perfect stay for a trip to Atlantis. The free breakfast was all carbs, but filled you up for a fun-filled day at the resort next door. It is literally a two minute walk away from Atlantis.

So convenient to Atlantis. Very clean and friendly staff. Concierge available to help with plans. Breakfast is a must by the pool if you don't have small children-much quieter. Very responsive staff to any needs we had such as new fridge, broken air conditioner knob - they came within minutes! If I had to complain, my only complaint would be the front desk was not very friendly.

Great basic hotel, real attraction is full access to Atlantis Resort - an incredible deal! Tile floors, light on the extras (only minor issues). I've been consistently pleased with Comfort Inn/Suites locations. The extra-special deal here is full access to Atlantis and all of its fantastic perks, a beautiful, relaxing, exciting place with a little of everything. So a review of Comfort Suites is really a review of Atlantis!

My friend and I are both single women and we had a blast. We went the Thanksgiving week of 2008. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The only bad thing about the room was the water preasure for the shower and bathroom, but not that big of a deal. We did not use the pool at the hotel. We did everything at the Atlantis, like the water slides and the beach. You have to get on the water slides they have one that is like a roller coaster. I would suggest doing the dolphin swim on Blue Lagoon Island, that was a lot of fun. There are food places in walking distance, plan to spend a lot on food, everything is some what high. One night we caught a taxi downtown to the fish fry, we ate at a palce called Big 10, you must try the conch fritters they are to die for. Walk across the street to the stores and stock up on water and drinks instead of paying high prices for them. There is a refrig. in the room. The prices to eat at the Atlantis are extreamly high, but a great buffet there is called MarketPlace that has high quality food. You will not be hassled about tipping where ever you go, everyone is very friendly in the Bahamas. We can't wait to go back. I noticed that Comfort suites has went up on there prices we paid less than the price it is now. We will stay here again, if they are a lot cheaper than the Atlantis, if not we will stay at the Atlantis.

Let's start with the positives-great location. Now for the rest--Morning buffet was far from substantial--eating outside was NOT a good way to start the day! There's more--Bugs in the room, black mold oozing from the ceiling in the halls, no air conditioning (in the halls), poor ventilation throughout, poor security, lack of air control in the rooms (do you like to freeze at nite!?) Then, this is the place for you! No Paradise was found in this less than average hotel!

This hotel was perfect. all the advantages of the Atlantis Complex at a low cost. short walk to the beach, short walk to the convenience store. Our rooms were clean and made up promptly. We were not treated any differently at Atlantis than their own guests. the only "complaint" is that there were no microwaves in the room--only in the breakfast area, so no late popcorn snacks. breakfast consisted of cereal , bread, bagels and common pastries and fruit-not great.

Cheaper alternative to staying on Paradise Island including access to the Atlantis pools. Room was clean and quiet and they offered a good continental breakfast. Hallways were somewhat musty smelling and never saw the elevator. The pool area could use to be modernized and cleaned up. Personally I prefer the pampering and extras that only Atlantis can offer; but Comfort Suites is worth looking at if that is not important to you.

This hotel is next to Atlantis, we were able to use all Atlantis facilities. Bed was a little small, pillows were too small. We were directly next door to Atlantis and were able to use all of the facilities at Atlantis. It took us literally 3 minutes to walk across the drive way and we were in Atlantis. The staff was very accommodating, we were able to check into the room at 10am. The continental breakfast was adequate also.The rooms were clean and spacious too.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at the Comfort Suites. I found it to be a great bargain for my family of four, staying on Paradise Island. The continential breakfast served daily saved us money. The hotel was nice and clean, and the staff was very, friendly and courteous. Additionally, because we were staying at the Comfort Suites we were able to enjoy all the amendities at the Atlantis Hotel without paying the high cost of staying there.

We used the pass to Atlantis every day[few hundreds in saving, just there]. The location is excellent, short walk to shopping center and Atlantis. Dining is very expensive in the island, so the breakfast included with our rate, gave us extra savings. We recommend to use the breakfast area near the pool, it was quite and less crowded, also very nice and clean. The personnel was very friendly too. We will definitely come back here if we will visit Nassau in the feature.

Eleven family member planned a budget friendly celebration for our parents 50th wedding celebration. The age ranges were from 7 - 76. We arrived with excitement only to find the rooms we thought we had paid for (junior suites, two double beds and pull out sofa) were not available. We were told by the front desk "no room guarentees". We were told that the king size bed and pull out sofa accomodated 4 people (my sister had her two adult children in her party). We were told we could be put on a list for a room change for the following day. Our non smking rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. There was mice droppings which the mgment denied but had someone sweep it up anyway. If you wanted a lock for your safe you had to pay for it and there were not enough to go around. The walk to the aquaventure was further then expected and when we looked into transportation it was cheaper to pay for a taxi then the $45/day per person wheelchair rental. There is more to tell but what I have reported should give you an idea of the disappointment we experienced. We didn't expect luxury but did expect a clean room, the room we had been told we had paid for and about the hotel's location to Atlantis ( aquaventure is further away).

We had a great time! We spent most of our time at the many beaches and pools of Atlantis, swimming with the dolphins at Dolphin Cay, or sampling the local cuisine at some great restaurants. It was very relaxing, yet there was always plenty to do. Just a great experience.

We stayed at Comfort Suites Paradise Island and loved it. The hotel is DIRECTLY across the street from the Atlantis. Very short walk. The rooms at Comfort Suites were very CLEAN, nice and large. We had a mini fridge. There was also a bar sink. We were very comfortable. We checked in as soon as we arrived around 3:00. We were given a room card that we took to Atlantis to show for our wrist bands. WE had to do this daily. There are lockers at Atlantis if you want to lock up belongings. The cost is 5.00 for a small locker. We traveled with three 18 year olds and one 15 year old. We all had a blast. The kids did the banana boat ride and jet skis. We also spent alot of time in the pools and water area. The grounds are huge. We saw Dolphin Cay (where you can swim with the dolphins and is much cheaper if you book online before your trip). There are feedings daily for dolphins, stingrays, turtles and other fish. This is a very nice resort and I would highly recommend it.

Close to Atlantis and offered Atlantis wrist bands. Run down and in need of repairs. Room was nice size, bed was comfy, bathroom was outdated and toilet sounded like a jet was taking off. Pipes in the shower made lots of noise. Mold on ceiling and corners. Staff was nice. Got hit with cleaning and electric surcharges that were a little steep. Hotel is only good for location.

You get what you pay for. Its a place to sleep, change cloths and eat if you want to. I spent my time on the go. Way to much to see and do in a weeks time. Will be going back again in 2009. Hotel staff very helpfull, always willing to help.
