The pool was good and close to many restaurants.

stayed the weekend of oct 3rd and 4th and chose this hotel because of location and it was a 100% smoke free hotel.3 days after making it back home i was looking at my credit statement and the hotel added a $* extra charge to it. i called and ask why they did this, and was told the maid said she smelled cigerette smoke in the room. IM A NON-SMOKER, i have never put my lips to a cigerette. however, the night before check out i went to a martini bar where there is smoking allowed and im assuming it got into my clothing and thats what she smelled. so don stay here if you may be around cigerette smoke 'cause it will cost you!!!!!!!!!

One of the most important items that I look for when I book a hotel on line is once I arrive if all my information is there and guess service is responsive and attentive. Upon arriving the guess services girl was polite and my information was all in place. Our room was ready and no waiting was involved. This was a graduation gift for my girlfriend so I wanted everything to be in place. Once settling down in the room we decided to go get into the hot tub. The hot tub was awesome and it worked very well. My girlfriend and I have been in hotels before that had hot tubs that were cold and would not come on. It was a nice relaxing and knowing that is was working with no problems. It gave her and I time to discuss a few things while relaxing. Our overall experience was very nice and pleasing. That goes to a large part of the hotel having everything in order. If there were one down fall it would have been the ice machine being down stairs; for those of us that were on the 3rd floor.

Oversized andextremely clean rooms. The rooms were large, clean, and nicely decorated. The staff was exceptionally helpful.

I loved this hotel. I travel a lot and am pretty picky. The bedding was plush and the carpet looked brand new. The beds were very comfortable. The room was huge and so was the bathroom. Very clean. Very nice breakfast. The desk clerk was super nice and friendly. The only drawback was that the parking lot is pretty small and we had to park next door. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to OKC.

I am physically challenged and asked for a handicap room. Ok, I said physically challenged NOT superman. This room could of parked a MAC truck inside of it.. want to have wheelchair races? All of the furniture was pushed up against the walls like you were going to hit something unless it was. It was very UNINVITING. Now to the bathroom, great installations of bars, only a gymnist would know what to do with them all. But the SINK was placed too high, yes, you can easily get a chair under it but then YOU can't reach the faucets, and forget about seeing into the mirror. A child or smaller adult in a chair would have NEVER been able to reach the hairdryer. The bathroom and vanity were all in one room which made using the bathroom a one person episode. There was only one place to put a suitcase, so I had to place mine on the coffee table since my husband needed a place also. The walls were scuffed and marked and needed fresh paint. The staff was superb. Our room was also right over the handicap exit door that slammed LOUDLY each time it was used on the lower floor.

It was very nice .The room had all the amenities that we were looking for. It was located right by the freeway for convenience sake. The breakfast area was a little too crapped . The hotel was a very nice place to stay. It was very convient to the freeway. Most of the staff was friendly. The room was great. The whole experience was great.

We regularly stay at Comfort Suites whenever we travel. The pool was microscopic and the exercise room was a malfunctioning treadmill and an old exercise bike. The staff seemed unorganized and clueless. The mattress on the pull out bed was impossible to sleep on. We switched rooms and didn't find the 2nd room to be much better.

The hotel was quiet and clean. Large andcomfy beds. The pool is very small. There is only one waffle maker for the breakfast area. We found the hotel clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing that made our stay unpleasant, were some of the other guests that were impolite and rude at breakfast.

This hotel is convenient to most places. Most staff was friendly. One that checked us in was extremely rude! This hotel was good for the price. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was overall friendly and very helpful. The first desk clerk that checked us in was extremely rude and actually hateful. The other two desk clerks were very friendly. I left a necklace when we checked out and they did try to find it but it was never found. We would stay again but would suggest they check the chemical levels in the pool. The pool was very overwhelming with chlorine and we couldn't let the kids swim more than once.

Easy access to OKC. The building was not well kept. Walls were not repaired adequately. Most comfort suites are of good or better quality for comfort and appearance as well as cleanliness. This one in OKC was not up to the standards. I would not stay at this particular one.

Cleanliness, space andcomfort. Not as private of a living area as the one in the Dallas area. We enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Suites very much. It was clean, comfortable, affordable, and family friendly. It was also convenient to alot of eating places and the airport.

The regular beds were very comfortable. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. The 1st non-smoking room we were given smelled like smoke. The sofa bed was horrible, but the regular beds were very comfortable.
