Date of Stay: July, 2009

Just a quick overnight on drive down eastern shore - staff was attentive. However, the cleaning crew had used some strong scent in the hallways and rooms that I had an allergic reaction to. They took an ionizer up to the room while we went to dinner and that dissapated the scent. Breakfast was great. We were not there on vacation or to go to the beach so I can't rate that. Pool was overrun with kids.

The so call suite was small.for 5 people. You have to drive to the beach. Located across the street frok the outlet center but a very wide street to cross.No ocean view at all.

We were on our honeymoon. We walked the boardwalk and played min.golf. Went to Secrets bar and restaurant. Plenty of all u-can-eat buffets!!! Went on some amusement rides and played some games. Really not much to do but EAT!!!

Friendly staff, good continental breakfast, large room. Room could have been cleaner. When I entered the hotel I was struck by how beautifully decorated it was for the holidays. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The room was huge and so was the bathroom, a plus! Bedding was excellent. Only complaints the room and bathroom could have been cleaner and the walls were very thin. I would stay again for sure!

My daughter and I stayed on a Saturday night in Ocean City. The hotel staff were exceptional. Even with the power going out on the whole block due to a bad transformer, the staff was extremely helpful and immediately provided flashlights during the 2-hour outage. My daughter and I actually had our cell phones along with the flash light. We just played paper football and laughed all the time. A lot of guest were still out since it was fairly early in the evening. The hotel manager communicated to the guests very well and worked with the local power company very efficiently during the short outage. Breakfast on Sunday was complimentary and very satisfactory. I would definitely stay at the hotel again. It was clean and the service was excellent. Not to mention the OC outlet mall was right across the street.

The continental breakfast was wonderful. The staff during breakfast was kind and helpful, including Santa. The sign placement was not very good. It was either me or the sign, but I still missed the driveway. Very clean, friendly staff, wonderful continental breakfast. We traveled with an infant and he slept through the night which gave us a restful sleep as well. Our travel was due to a wrestling tournament at Stephen Decatur High School, we will stay here again if we are in the area.

Good location, close to the boardwalk; but not within walking distance. Great value in a good location. Next time I'm in Ocean City, I'll stay at this hotel. And, the entire facility was sparkling clean. Plus, the staff was outstanding.

The comfort suites was very comfortable, the room seemed much larger than most with a desk area and a table and two chairs. I liked the fact that the bathroom was separate from the vanity area and there was a sink with a long counter and there was adequate space for hanging clothes and they provided two suitcase stands. The location was very good -- it was really only one long block to Downtown Disney and there were restaurants very close.

Very clean, great pool for kids, beds were very comfortable! Had a great experience- wanted to stay in a hotel that was clean (as I've found many beach hotels aren't), and this one was wonderful. Had a full sized fridge and microwave in the room, which was great as we had an infant with us and could put milk, food, etc in the fridge. Also loved the pool and breakfast in the morning. The bed was VERY comfortable. Would go back, no questions asked!!

The hotel was extremely clean. Our room was immaculate. The pool was attractive and had a life guard which is very rare. The exercise room was well maintained. The continential breakfast included waffles, eggs, English muffins and freh juice. We really enjoyed the coffee that was available in the lobby all the time. The staff was courteous and efficient. It was a very pleasant experience.

Service was great, had problem with room so they upgraded us. The wireless internet didn't work for us, don't know if it was our computers or not. Service was great! Close to boardwalk so it was very convenient to keep busy. Had problems with the internet, not sure if it was our computers or them but that was the only bad experience we had.

Check in was fast & easy. The staff were very courteous & professional.The gentleman who checked us in gave us a rundown of everything the hotel had to offer. They never made you feel like you were bothering them. Always willing to help. Our room was very clean. The continental breakfast was good & fresh. The staff kept bringing out fresh food & was on top of any spills or crumbs. We enjoyed the pool. The stay was very restful and worth the money. Check out also was quick. Within walking distance to many shops,amusements, especially my favorite;Starbucks. Also the gas stations nearby had low price gas. The only word of advise is keep the room temperature about 72degrees. The first night I had it set for 68, besides freezing everyone out, the air conditioner would startle me during the night, going off & on. After turning it up, there was no problem. I would give this hotel 5 stars, for it's staff & cleanliness. I will be back!

Clean, spacious rooms. No space for breakfast. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable, above what was expected. On the other hand, space for breakfast was very, very small. Had to wait 15 to 20 min each day for 3 days in a row to get a table. Personnel was very business friendly and amicable, but did not help when requesting simple items such as a can opener.

Spacious rooms. Breakfast was below par. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were nice. Breakfast was not very good and the area it was in is small. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The pool would have been great for kids. Free breakfast was nice as well. Bath tub appeared dirty. Looks dingy. Also breakfast hours were kind of short. Who wakes up that early on vacation? I would stay again and recommend to friends.
