Very roomy suite rooms with good breakfast! Nothing. Excellent hotel to stay at when attending any Notre Dame activities. Location is perfect; staff is very friendly; convenient breakfast included.

We reserved a room at this inn because they allow pets and we were traveling with our dog. The first room we were given had dirty sheets on the bed, they had a small amount of something black encrusted on them. The front desk was apologetic when called and informed us that they could give us a set of sheets to change the bed ourselves or move us to another room. The receptionist said she was the only person there that night, otherwise she'd come up and change the sheets herself! We opted for another room. The second room's sheets were also dirty with loose body hair and crumbs in the sheets...I couldn't believe it! The third room's sheets were clean, and after 45 minutes of this craziness we had a room to stay in. They use the old-fashioned, polyester-filled comforters, instead of the sheet-covered style. The bathroom was clean, though the towels smelled like they had been laundered in a kitchen, one smelled like fried chicken and the other like burnt sugar. The floors in the room were dirty (especially behind the bedside tables). The floors in the elevator and hallways needed vacuuming badly, especially the floor by ice machine on the 3rd level. The front desk person was initially terse, but became more apologetic every time I had to speak with her about our stay. On checkout, I noticed they had given us a $20 discount, presumably for the hassle. There is a Starbucks next door...I definitely needed it after this stay.

My family and I stayed here while visiting out son. We were very happy with our room. They allow pets which is great as we take our dog with us. I am returning again in Nov.

The complimentary breakfast was outstanding. Not just the usual continental breakfast! The cleaning staff left much to be desired and they didn't put a fresh roll of toilet paper and tissue. We had a mixed experience. Some of the hotel staff were great and others not so good. The maids did not put the toilet paper on the roller, which we had to ask for since we only had less than 1/4 roll when we checked in. And they did not replenish the tissue, which had only 5 tissues in it when we checked in. We had really noisy people in the next room, which made the trip difficult. But, the breakfasts were excellent!

Excellent accomadations for *. Minor exceptions: Went to front desk for lack pool towels. The young woman on duty complained that the cleaning staff was lazy. She found us clean towels, but I didn't appreciate her berating coworkers, just fill my request. Teens rough housed in pool so we left.

The bed and pillows were spectacular. Side door needed adjustment to lock automaticly, unsecure. I would recomend this hotel to everyone, clean, very comfortable beds and pillows. And they take dogs for a fee. Very accomodating staff. Fresh warm serve yourself breakfast.

Went to check out and there was a charge for 1.50 +tax for the safe. they took it off and said we use the honor system. Just another way to price gouge customers. Need to check the fine print.

The hotel was very average. The rooms were decent but not all that clean. The hotel maids took about 5 in change that was left in the room when they cleaned it. While I complained to the hotel management, I got no apology. "

Great hotel and staff. I would stay again. Nothing, everything was great. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It was in very good condition and the staff was always friendly and helpful. I would stay at this hotel again without hesitation.

The location and cleanliness. It was a little dirty behind the bed. I enjoyed my stay at the Comfort Inn Suites. It's in a great location near 24 hour food places, as well as a star bucks and easy road access. The rooms were spacious and moderately clean.

Excellent location. Bad sound acoustics. We could hear everything in the next room. This hotel has an excellent location being near the toll road and restaurants. The room had a comfortable feel with plenty of storage space. The living room and bedroom share a TV and the living room is a little cramped. The hotel had a great feel to it except for one important factor; the walls were so thin we could hear everything going on in the next room. Also, we had freezing rain during the night and there was nobody around to take care of icy surfaces in the morning. Where's the manager? So even though mostly everything else was nice, I would not stay here again based on the bad sound acoustics. Very annoying.

It is very clean and tidy; all staff is ready to assist. None. This hotel is highly recommended to family who visit their child at the university of Notre dame. The location is near, convenient, and the taxi fee is not too expensive to go to the university. The lobby has reading materials that are useful to read while waiting for the cab. Some information¿s are visibly displayed at the desk.
