We were given a suite that smelled so badly that we immediately called the desk asking for a change. Carpets were badly stained and our shoes actually stuck to the floor in the bathroom, which smelled of urine. After waiting 45 minutes I called back and we were given a new suite which was satisfactory except for holes in the blankets and an inoperative TV remote. This room had newer carpet and was cleaner than the first. We considered the second suite a decent value but it's time for an overhaul of the facilities at this site.

Microwave and refrigerator--so we got frozen dinners at the nearby supermarket for dinner. Comfortable! No liner for the shower curtain. We were very pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed staying at this hotel. Fast Internet service via Ethernet. The staff was great--very welcoming and with a sense of humor. Comfy beds, very quiet room--great sleep.

We've stayed twice and have been pleased both times. The staff is courteous, friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. We will make this our first choice when traveling to Raleigh.

I like managers reception, drink prices, free breakfast, refrigerator and microwave in rooms and comfy beds. Nothing. I really liked this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had 2 TV's, microwave, refrigerator,hairdryer, ironing board and iron. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy. The breakfast was wonderful. Any time that I need to be in Raleigh NC, I will stay here.

Spacious rooms to move around in also the sink was in seperate room than shower always a plus. The bed was uncomfortable.

The chef did not show up to cook the morning breakfast buffet, but the staff chipped in an did it, it was a little late but great! Wish we could of stayed longer. Hotel was a non-smoking hotel. Great for family, business, or romantic get away! Friendly staff that will go out of their way to make sure that you have what you need.

Perry, night desk, was excellent, very helpful finding eating utensils for our take out dessert. Half flight of stairs to our first floor room was a lot after long drive Suite was very comfortable, plenty of workstation areas, phone, etc.
