The Comfort Suites North Academy was comfortable. There was plenty of room for two people. I liked having a sink and mirror in the main room. I didn't like the fact that there was not a sink or mirror in the bathroom. I like that fact that there were two TV's, a refrigerator, and a microwave. The room smelled nice but there seemed to be an unpleasant smell in the hallway. The free breakfast was pretty good. There was a good variety of hot and cold items. There weren't many tables in the room where they served the breakfast and one morning I had to take my food up to my room to eat it. The location was good. Since I was without a car I was able to walk to the mall and several different restaurants.

The swimming pool water slide was great. It just wasn't very clean. The shower curtain smelled like urine, like it hadn't been washed for a while. Great for the kids, although the pool wasn't perfectly clean. Spa was great, and the hotel staff very helpful. Great hotel for the price.

Arrived late and was looking for a decent night's sleep. I was taken away by the comfort of the beds. Haven't slept like that at a hotel in a real long time. I travel 300 days out of the year and this was one of the better hotels and better stays i have had. The room was spacious and clean. the staff was courteous and always willing to help and answer questions. Their breakfast was great with sausage and egg patties. Haven't had that at any of the "higher end" hotels i've stayed at! Will stay here again for sure on my return trip next month!

My family and I were traveling to Colorado Springs for a family reunion. We found this hotel to be exception in guest services including houskeeping and front desk staff. We had a handicapped person in our group and the staff went out of their way to go to Wal-Mart and get her a sitting stool for the shower!!! That made my entire stay.

To be fair in my assessent, they motel was undergoing some renovation. This made a few things awkward but overall, the contenental breakfast was great each morning. The fitness room was small but the equipment was working and quality. A few towels and water would have been nice. It the room was bigger, I would suggest a few hand weights. We did notice the room we were in seemed to be lacking easily accessible plugs. We really had to look for them for plugging in curling irons. Maybe because they put us in a handicap room. I ask about this and they had others but did tell the clerk we would be willing to move if they had a need. Overall, I'd stay there again. The location was fabulous.

Breakfast buffet. Indoor pool was too small.

This hotel is in a good location. Because of car trouble we decided to pull over for the night and chose this hotel to stay. Has good curb appeal and it's very clean. the breakfast buffet was good with eggs, cereals, waffles and pastries. since we did not anticipate car troubles we had to do laundry which the hotel has laundry room on premises which is open until midnight! Great convenience. The room was decent size and it was clean. It didn't smell like air freshners...it smelled CLEAN! We usually stay at another hotel on this exit, which i will not name, but will not stay there anymore. This will be our home for a getaway

This is one of the better hotels I have stayed at. We booked our reservation through Travelocity and my husband accidentally booked a room with a king bed instead of a room with two beds. The front desk staff went out of their way to put us in another room where our whole family could sleep on the bed! Front Desk staff was awesome! The breakfast was pretty good and the best part was the water slide!!

Overall room and staff was adequate and comfortable. Bathroom exhaust was very poor or non existant. Continental breakfast was fine but you had to go next door. Staff was helpful.

2 queen beds plus hideabed andplenty of room for 6. Not enough seating in breakfast room. Large room. Maids came to room 3 times before we checked out, they need better communication with front desk. No towels in pool area had to ask at front desk, elevator floor was very wet, dangerous! Would stay again.

we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights while visiting family in colorado springs. the hotel was clean and very tidy. the breakfast was pretty good and the kids loved the water slide. staff was also courteous and alwasy called you by your name!! will stay here in future for sure

The staff was very friendly, however, the pool/water slide, and breakfast area are shared with the adjacent Sleep Inn. Neither are large enough to share.

The motel was in a nice area. Easy access to shopping. My boys were excited with the idea of having a waterslide in the pool, however were somewhat disappointed in the size of the pool. All in the stay was good

Easy access to the interstate and the slide at the pool. 1/2 empty rolls oftissue paperand no Kleenex in room. The only reason we stayed here was for the slide at the pool. This is our 2nd stay and I gotta say the 1st stay was much better. Not sure that we will come back again.

We got two rooms, one for us, one for the kids. Nice thing is that each room had two tv sets, so the kids could each watch whatever they wanted. This is a good thing. Not enough light in the rooms. Our AC unit worked just fine, but the drain was clogged up, and there was a lot of water in the carpet on my side of the bed. They did fix it, and the rest of the stay was uneventful. The breakfast was pretty good, but some days they had protein, and other days they didn't-there was no rhyme or reason to it. I think it was good value for the money, and we'd probably stay there again. Oh...be aware that their high speed internet via Wi-Fi is painfully slow at times-I had to reset my browser frequently due to slow connection speeds. They probably had way too many folks trying to use the same pipe.

We found this hotel a great value; it's clean and comfortable with an exceptional staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

The pool slide. The sofa sleeper needs to be updated. Nice place to stay with kids.

The overall experience was okay, but the swimming pool and especially the water-slide were a big hit with my family! We usually stay in suites as we have 4 young kids. This one was pretty small for a suite and didn't have a dividing wall. But the room was clean, and the staff was pretty good. They recommended two local places to eat, and I give them 2 for 2! The Elephant Bar Restaurant and Extreme pizzas for dinner in the room while we watched the Olympics.

We booked a room with two queen beds but were given a king and sofa. It was dirty including stained bedspreads. The waterslide was broken which was a huge disappointment. The staff was less than helpful in meeting our needs and I even tried having *** contacting them. Again, we were glad our stay was short.

Clean, new, and big rooms. Pool could use some attention, but the slide looked fun. I would definitely recommend this hotel, comparable to the holiday inn express.
