Hotel location was great as we were catching some baseball games. The website said the hot tub would be working as of April 31st but still was out of order. Breakfast was a plus.

Location to Metrodome for Twins baseball game. Breakfast was fantastic. Parking was a little inconvenience I wanted a hotel near the Metrodome so we could watch the Twins baseball game. It was a comfortable 15 minute walk. It was a good experience and would use this hotel if we return again.

Convenience of hotel to our place of business. I searched for nearest and it was right next door. The fire sprinkler was leaking and there was no fan in the bathroom. The room was very comfortable for 3 people and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The restaurant served an excellent meal and appetizers. The lounge was comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was wonderful and free. The chef at breakfast made delicious and appealing omelets to order.

The hotel was really nice. I've stayed there before under different management. The parking ramp is difficult to navigate and it's really small. We had to request for face cloths and they sent hand towels instead. I would suggest a better process for parking accommodations. I did not feel comfortable having to go to the front desk each time I wanted to leave the hotel. I paid for parking but I was required to get a validation from the front desk each time I left the premises in order to get in or out.

Free breakfast and open bar! It seemed a little dirty. Everything went well over all a good stay.

Breakfast buffet was unbelievable! Televisions were a little outdated. From the moment I arrived until I left, the staff made me feel like I was the most important guest they had ever had. Great rooms, great food, and great services made my stay a great experience.

I liked the decor and amenities like microwaves & fridge. Room smelled very smoky for an non-smoker. A beautiful hotel with great decor and souroundings. Staying here saved me loads of cash, provided me with extremely comfortable surroundings, and provided me with a great hot breakfast as part of my stay. I will stay again for my next Minneapolis concert, despite the stale, smoky smell my room had.

The room size and quality far exceeded my expectations. Great location, friendly staff, great services (full custom breakfast). Would highly recommend.

Breakfast buffet is outstanding; wonderful beds and bedding. Disappointed that the pool area is in need of repair - 2 hottubs and steam room out of order.

Complementary drinks and breakfast. Outdated decor. Large water falls in the atrium not working and mold on the rock. Had been not working for months. Hotel is not up to it's potential. Dull and outdated decor.

Great room size and excellent amenities. The Embassy Suites Downtown Minneapolis was a great hotel. The room was very clean and was more than adequate in size. The included breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff could not have been friendlier. All in all it was an excellent stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient to bus line. Bathtub clogged and unusable; staff responded only with sorry. Dated decor, but pretty good breakfast.

Free breakfast, quiet, large rooms. Bad mattresses, dated facility, looks like repairs are done cheaply. Hard to find location, bad beds, good help, place needs a complete remodel.

It was very nice place to stay; the staff was helpful in finding us our way around the city! Nothing. The place was very clean and a great staff to help us with all of the questions we had!

The hotel decor is tired. Worn fixtures made the plumbing noisy and no action was taken on my request to have the filter changed in the room air handler, which was caked with many months of dust. The worst feature of the hotel is the fact that all of the rooms open into a central atrium that, while visually interesting, is lined with 6 floors of concrete and glass, creating a powerful echo chamber as each room's heavy metal door slams closed.

Near Metro dome and University of MN. Stale smoke odor, awful beds and tacky decor. The room was never cleaned. The beds had no support. The TV in the bedroom was right next to the window and so little it was difficult to watch. Very outdated. $20 per day parking with a tedious system of multiple tickets to get in and out.

It was nice having 2 rooms and a bar with a fridge/microwave. The decor was awful, there's a charge for internet and parking is a hassle. We really liked being in downtown Minneapolis, within walking distance of many great shops, bars, and restaurants. That was a huge plus. It was also nice to have two different rooms-a "living room" and a bedroom. This helped a lot when I got paged in to work in the middle of the night and my partner was still sleeping; I could work from the living room and close the door to the bedroom. The bar was a huge bonus-it was great having a fridge, microwave, and sink. That would come in so handy if we had kids! The hotel charged us for internet-$10/day! That's pure insanity, honestly. Additionally, parking was a pain. Also, the woman who told us to pay for parking on the way out was extremely rude and talked to us like we were completely stupid. While most of the staff was pleasant enough, this woman was very rude and hardly understandable-she spoke with a very thick accent. Our room was right across the hall from the laundry facilities and we constantly had children running up and down the hall screaming at all hours. Less importantly, the room looked like it had been decorated by a mentally challenged blind man. Nothing matched, all of the furniture was crudely painted a very ugly shade of brown/gray and the curtains were either zebra print or bright ugly flowers, the furniture all had different patterns and fabric styles, or the lighting was so terrible the room just looked dirty.

We were moving our child to college and this motel fit all of our needs. The breakfast was very tasty and the complimentary bar was a added bonus. The bartenders were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there.
