Close to the hospital that we needed to use. Very clean and beautiful loved the stair case in the hotel. Would tell other about the hotel.

We frequent MD Anderson for cancer treatment, and this hotel is nearby and unlike other hotels in the area around the medical center, it is brightly lit, smells great and is totally NOT depressing here. Be sure to ask for their Medical center rate, and it is an excellent choice at a competitive rate. We've stayed here for almost a month one time, and it is a lovely second home. We got stuck at the doctor this last time, and had to check out a little late. It was no problem and they were very understanding. I see other reviews say there have been security issues here, but we have never had a problem. We do park in the back, and that parking lot is mostly fenced and well lit, but no security gate, and it is not a great part of town. But close to where we need to be, so we stay here regularly. I highly recommend it.

My stay was terrible , we notice that our Honda was burglarized, the thefts brook the window and took a suitcase, the play station, the video recorder, the digital camera and a laptop. I talked to the housekeeper and she said that this burglarizing has happen several times here which also was confirm by the police officer that took the report. He say it was the 13rd or 14th time that the burglarizing has happed in this hotel and made the remark that the thefts used to robe several cars at a time but this time they just brook into ours. The hotel has security cameras, but the night of the robbing the cameras were not working. The management was very unconsidered since they even charged us for the stay. I was very disappointed to know this was not the first time burglarizing has happen on the parking of this hotel and even more frustrated to know that the management has done NOTHING to prevent this kind of accidents. The parking lot has no fence, no illumination, no security. I would never stayed here again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was very nice and clean. But what I liked the most was the friendliness of the staff. They helped me find away to get to the baseball game, told me where the eating establishments were, and the directions for the rest of my trip.

It was in a central location to everything we needed. The toilet was not working properly. The hotel was nice. My biggest complaint would be that we had to keep fixing the toilet because it would not work properly.

It was beautiful. Great Location. Good Breakfast. Quiet. The lady at the front desk never got off her personal calls at the front desk. The hotel itself was wonderful. Great decor, very clean, wonderful breakfast. And it was the perfect location for what we needed. However, the staff was lacking. One lady never put her cell phone down, and was having quite personal conversations. Another gentleman had his daughter with him. She was all over the place, and it was quite distracting to say the least. The hotel itself was perfect. The people were lacking.
