Room was very nice and clean. This hotel excceded my expectations due to the fact that Marshall is a small town and the price. The room was very nice, clean, and close to restaurants, shopping, and my place of business (TSTC). I would definitely stay there again.

I made a reservation at this hotel and had to cancel b/c of the weather. I would've been driving 3 hours through a tornado watch to get there and decided this just would not be safe. Called hotel to cancel and the manager was the rudest manager I have ever dealt with. I have stayed at tons of hotels and have never met someone so inconsiderate of the best interest of a client. She refused to cancel the reservation without penalty, even though the circumstances were extenuating. She is the owner of the hotel, according to her, so she had the ability to make the decision and forego the one night stay penalty. I called to cancel the reservation early enough for the room to be re-booked, but she refused to cancel it. I will never stay at this hotel or make a reservation here and I would discourage anyone from making a reservation here either.

Would not recommend hotel due to horrible customer service. Manager is rude and overcharges. Provides very poor customer service. Apparently not concerned with gaining repeat customer business

Hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly and the room was wonderful. Very updated and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and overall it was a very good experience. I would stay in this hotel again. One of the best I have seen for the money! Take my advice and stay here!!

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. We were so surprised at the quality of this motel for the price. Would have thought it rated a much higher T. rating. Oh, the hot tub and pool were really special. We're going to stay here again.

My husband and I congratulated ourselves on selecting this hotel. The bed was very comfortable. Our room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast is better than most continental breakfasts.. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our brief stay and would certainly stay here again.
