We have stayed at other Comfort Suites and we chose this hotel because of our previous experience. We thought we were getting a suite with a living room area for our two children to run around. We had such a small room we were forced to go out a lot - not exactly the visit we wanted. My husband was on leave from his deployment and we wanted to have special family time together.

It's comfortable, near to store and it´s security. There is only one elevator. It is perfect for traveler in group and it is near a many stores and restaurants

We were in Tucson for a week on business. We had booked a different hotel for our stay and were very disappointed when we arrived. We got out the laptop and found this hotel close to where our business meetings would be. We walked in with no reservation and front desk clerk was very helpful. Our room was very nice and very clean. The hotel was quite for the most part. We had one loud neighbor but one night out of 8 was not bad. The walls are a little thin but that is to be expected. The location is kind of strange in the middle of an auto mall but it was clean, quiet and easy to find. FYI-there is no traffic in an auto mall at night. We found the bed to be very comfortable..not bad for people with bad backs. The breakfast wasn't too bad either. Considering we were here on business our stay was nice and the staff was great! Thank you!

Very clean rooms, very nice helpful staff. Very dog friendly hotel. Nice breakfast in the morning. Need better pillows (too flat).

The location was hard to find as it was located in an area of auto dealerships and the sign was low to the ground . Rooms were a pleasant surprise -very clean and great layout and comfortable.

Excellent , room very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, the room was big and comfortable with microwave, iron, TV, mini fridge, etc. I have nothing bad to say about my experience in this hotel, I highly recommended. I highly recommend this hotel, for the price it gives you more than what I expected. In the room they have microwave, iron, iron board, hair dryer, coffee machine,, mini fridge, TV, alarm radio, sofa bed, desk etc, for the price is more that I would imagine, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, they even take care of are luggage after we return the key of are room, it was just a great customer service.

It was in a decent area; outdoor pool/Jacuzzi was nice. Room very small; no privacy (door opens into entire room) It was o.k. We saw others while driving into Tucson that, if we were ever in Tucson overnight again, we would rather stay.

The beds were comfortable. The service was unreliable, amenities were very poor, and not enough tables for people to have their free breakfast at. I would not suggest this hotel for several reasons: A) the service made several mistakes while assisting us B) the rooms were older with poor circulation, extremely low water pressure, no in room movies or games nor Ethernet also C) the free hot breakfast is served in a small area of the lobby not large enough to accommodate more than a handful of guests- people end up standing in long crowded lines to get hot food and it is not pleasant.
