Nice room, nice place for the money, nice pool, pet raccoons a plus. Lacks security, scary peps at the pool in the pm. We were in the area for a trade show, very nice place to stay.

Bright rooms andcomfortable beds. Good breakfast. Hard to get to non-shuttle serviced areas without a car. Overall, good experience. Shuttle service to main Disney parks was good, convenient. However, getting to other areas (e.g. Downtown Disney) was difficult without a car. The hotel itself was near restaurants and a grocery store. The room had a fridge and microwave as well as free internet, which madeit very good.

i have stayed here many times as we attend a sporting event at wide world of sports each january and august. it is near disney and convenient to all local shopping. while the rooms are very clean-the carpets are filthy. our room smelled like feet. the rooms have been recently renovated....they just neglected the carpet!!! the rooms are well appointed with a fridge, micro, blow dryer and a safe. the staff is very friendly and accommodating. the complimentary breakfast is great. free wi-fi is a plus. any stay in a disney park resort will cost you $10 daily....so free wi-fi is a huge plus! my wireless card in laptop was malfunctioning. the front desk has a wireless card that they will happily install for you, for a $100 deposit which is refunded when you return the card. they do go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one. i will go back again. i just never walk around barefoot!!!!!!! all in all it's a great value at a VERY reasonable price.

The room was very clean, staff was courteous, breakfast choices were great. Our kids loved making the mickey waffles. It was a great hotel for the price we paid. The location of the hotel was good -- only 10 minutes away from Magic Kingdom. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 kids and the room had a sleeper sofa which was great. Otherwise, we would have had to book 2 rooms. There are a ton of restaurants close by. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this to anyone visiting Disney World.

Good location. Musty smell and loud air conditioner. Stayed at this hotel for 1 night before moving to a Disney resort. Just ok.

loved the hotel. only downside was the breakfast had little variety and the room was small. location is close to disney world as well as several resturants. used the pools once and it was nice. the staff was friendly. the rooms have a couch, microwave and refrig which were an excellent bouns. no major complaints

The Comfort Suite hotel was very nice, liked the big bathroom (all in one). The free continental breakfast was great! Everyone found something they liked. We only stayed to sleep but the pool area looked nice. We would stay again.

Our 6 day stay in late May of 2008 was fair except that the temperature of the pool was nearly the same as the hot tub. After hot days at WDW with 2 kids we had hoped to take a break in the afternoon for a refreshing cool down before heading back to the park in the evening. We didn't consider hotels without pools. We tolerated this for a few days. The last day was so hot we promised the kids we'd see if we could switch hotels. When we returned at 3:00 p.m., housekeeping had not yet cleaned our room and we were hopeful that we might be able to checkout and spend the last evening at a nicer hotel with a usable pool. Check out time was 11:00 a.m. and they were obviously not required to consider our request. We very politely asked the front desk about our options, explaining the situation. They would under no circumstances consider allowing us to check out unless we wanted to pay the full cost of the night ahead of us. We said housekeeping had not yet cleaned but no matter. There also is a computer at the front desk which "guests" can use for 15 minutes daily. It took me 10 minutes to learn how to sign on...then the front desk person told me the "magic" key. Would have been nice to be clued in before using most of my minutes. The breakfast was a cost savings, the rooms were noisy, location was average. We will not stay there again. Did not contribute to our "magical" experience in a positive way. We're frankly glad the trip is behind us :( Hope their lack of southern hospitality and a decent pool gives you pause to consider booking with them.

Comfort Suites Maingate, KISSIMMEE, FL was an all-around Incredible Stay! Located only a few minutes away from Disney's Animal Kingdowm Park, it was an easy and gorgeous place to find. No problems whatsoever, and we even got welcome packages the next morning at breakfast. The outside and inside of the building are very put together, fun purple and white diamonded-outside and beautiful welcoming front desk with great view of backyard pool area (with own outdoor bar for the adults!). Our room was great sized too, with a huge closet area (ironing board, iron, hangers, full length mirror) and bathroom was great. Very spacious shower, extremely clean! Bathroom counter long L shaped, huge vanity mirror across the wall, coffee pot and coffee included. Room service was superb, and breakfast in the morning was awesome- they even had Mickey Mouse Waffle makers!!! Great selection of goods to keep us full during the morning and afternoon during our park experience. I will definately restay here soon and recommend this affordable and wonderful hotel to anyone visiting the area!

The room was very clean and the beds and bedding were above average. There was a beehive in a tree right outside our door and bees were flying around. The hotel staff that greeted us was very friendly and the room was comfortable and very clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable with extra pillows on each bed. The continental breakfast was very good with hot items to choose from. This hotel is great for families with children, close to all attractions.

Very impressed - Good location, CLEAN, great service, good value. The room was spacious and very, very clean. Front desk personnel was friendly. Stayed there in May 2008 and the price was right. Great pool hours and the breakfast was good. Definitely would stay there again.

Great location and pool area. Long wait for hot water. We would return and stay since it is in a good location to attractions and restaurants. Pool was very nice along with the patio area.

First off the location of this hotel aside from being so close to Disney is horrible. I did not feel safe leaving my wife and kid in the room while I went to get DQ. but figured it was safer then taking them out at night. Dont get me wrong its not so much a ghetto but not a place I would take a family on vacation again. The Breakfest was very basic not at all as advertised in previous reviews. Mickey waffles and pre heated ham egg bisquit. If I was going by myself maybe but never again with family would not suggest it unless they drop prices below $60 a night and you were just looking to save money.

Comfortable beds & clean rooms. This was an excellent value for the price. The beds were very comfortable, it was close to Disney and with 6 people, and the free breakfast was a good.

"I AM AS PICKY AS THEY i HAVE BAD BREATHING PROBLEMS, CAN NOT STAND ANY SMELLS, OR MUSKEY . THIS PLACE IS GREAT. THEY HAVE CLEAN ROOMS WAS SICK ONE DAY,COULD NOT LEAVE ROOM TILL ALMOST 4PM, CALLED DESK THEY WENT AND GOT MAIDS TO COME ON UP TO CLEAN OUR ROOM, AND THEY LEAVE AT 4pm. WE SLEPT IN ONE DAY HAD BEEN AT ALL THE DISNEY PARKS IN FLA, SO THE DAY WE DID NOT ASK FOR WAKE UP CALL. THEY CALL ROOM TO SEE IF WE WERE OK AND IF WE NEEDED TOWELS GREAT PLACE STAY HERE ABOUT 2 MILES 2 DISNEY WORLD"

Loved the pool and Cabana Bar. Not much selection on breakfast items. Loved the rooms. Very nice people. Loved that it was clean. Bathrooms were big. Great experience. Will recommend to others.
