This hotel was one of the cleanest we have stayed in on our frequent travels. The room was large and easy to get around. There was plenty of storage with a very large closet. The bathroom was also spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was eager to provide what we asked for and the breakfast was delicious with a lounge in front of a beautiful fireplace and large-screen TV. We enjoyed ourselves.

I had a wonderful time and breakfast was incredable. We had fresh fruit and waffles. The coffee was hot and the staff was very acomidating. I would recomend this to anyone.

rooms are run down. housekeeping is lax at best.

I was disappointed by this hotel. The mattresses were old and broken-down. There were two towels provided for a four-person room. The outer surfaces were clean enough, but you'd find dirt whenever, say, you closed the bathroom door. I felt like I was given the absolute minimum amount of service that would keep me from complaining. In general, I think that this hotel perhaps used to be nice, but has degenerated somewhat.

The clerks were young college students. Dressed in jeans and looked like they just got out of class. room was dingy...lobby was dingy...complimentary breakfast was a joke at best..Good location, convenient to University and shopping but lack of attention, service and the overall ratty nature of the property would lead me to never recommend it to anyone
