The hotel is ok but not great. Our room was just off the lobby and it was noisy at times. We did not feel the parking lot was very safe. Someone set off our alarm on our vehicle and we noted some "kids" hanging out in the parking lot around 11pm. We reported this to the evening attendant but she did not seem concerned. Breakfast was ok the next morning but there was no one to clean tables or empty trash in the breakfast area.

Outstanding attentiveness by employees made this hotel better than expected, and a GREAT value for the price. Very nice Happy Hour with snacks, pop, wine and beer. Hot breakfast buffet was excellent, particularly due to the lady working there who kept everything spotlessly clean. She kept up with refills of the dispensers and kept cooking food so it was all fresh. Coffee was delicious. Free USA Today newspaper was a nice touch. Nice soft sheets and great flatscreen TV.

Very accomodating. I was very impressed overall with this hotel. Very clean, very friendly - provided snacks and happy hour bar in the evenings to guests. Located in a wonderful location near restaurants, mall, and easy access to the loop and access to the area.

"The room was large and clean, although the carpet was a little sticky. The breakfast was outstanding and the front desk personnel were wonderful. And we loved the computer access."

Hotel staff was very helpful, the beds were clean and comfortable and the location was good. Breakfast was good. Hallways had old carpet and needed repainting, pool was in a very bad location and there are no stairs.

"When I saw the pictures, I thought it was going to be a very nice hotel. In actuality, it was an economy Motel. The room prices were extremely high for what you get which was disappointing."

My reserved and prepaid room was not available. I was offered scented candles to cover the smell of sewage in one room. I got stuck sleeping on a very uncomfortable pullout couch.

Close to major highway. No elevator. This hotel had no elevator. Since I stayed on the 2nd floor I had to drag my luggage upstairs-this is not very accommodating. Secondly, the "free wi-fi" is a joke. The signal was so low that I couldn't even receive internet signals down in the lobby!

I had a pleasant check in and was given a room on the second floor (the hotel only has two floors). I didn't think anything of it and went to dinner before going to the room. I had all my luggage out and was alone in hallway loooking for the elevator. I was told to park in the very back so I walked the length of the hotel looking for the elevator when I found the front desk clerk. He told me that there is no elevator. He did however offer to help me with my luggage.

Spacious room & restroom, comfortable beds! Pool out of order! First trip of the summer for my family, what a huge disappointment for my kids to have a pool on site that was not usable. Obviously with school out & folks traveling, regardless of "how much rain" has been received, the pool should be up & running!

"I've stayed in Comfort facilicities over the US on business--all OK until now. Owner (not available), facility poorly kept: big roaches, carpeting loose (tears & folds), sticky spots (spills), no security (door access card reader taped over--outside doors unlocked all night), moldy fruit on buffet (apples & oranges), missing knobs on toasters, appliances. Sheets & towels--holes. Missing stoppers, torn upolstery, peeling veneer. Did not save NS room reservation---no other NS. Refunded one night when presented with large dead roach. DON'T STAY HERE UNTIL FIXED."

Nothing really negative abuot this hotel. Our room (112) did have a slightly funky smell like something spoiled in the fridge but we sprayed some lysol and that seemed to help. My favorite thing was the continental breakfast opened at 6:00am for those of us who like to get started early. Would stay here again.
