Large, comfortable room with a nice bathroom and comfy bed. Good pillows! Best of all, right next door to The Machine Shed, which I love.

My husband, daughter and I were in the process of driving across the country to move from North Carolina to Hawaii, flying out of San Diego. This hotel was a great way to start out our trip. It set the bar very high for all the rest of our hotels. It was really easy to get to, lots of great restaurants are nearby, nice continental breakfast, and a great pool for my 2 year old daughter to burn off some of her pent up energy from over eight hours in the car. When we get back to the mainland we would definitely consider staying here again.

Besides having good facilities and a very good adjacent restaurant, the staff went out of their way to provide a wheelchair for an ailing family member who wanted to attend a special event. The breakfast and other amenities were excellent and better than most other places we have stayed at. I would go back every time.

I have never stayed in such a clean hotel and the bed was so comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. Very rarely do I leave a hotel saying that.
