I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.

Our room was very comfortable and clean although I didn't find the hotel overall to be as clean as I expect from a comfort inn and there was almost no customer service. My husband cut his foot badly in the pool area, I called the front desk for bandages and ointment which were delivered but no one asked how my husband was, the incident was not report to management, no incident report was filled out and the pool area was not cleaned. The fire alarm in our room went off and when I called the front desk they couldn't have been less interested and it took some pursuing on my part for someone to come check it out. When I complained to management no one apologized and we were told that these were training issues. I will not be returing to find out if they have trained their staff any better.

Big spacious room, comfortable bed and many electrical outlets. It was tucked into a city block and rather hard to find. It was a very good hotel. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

I stay in this motel often. We stay as a couple or with grandchildren. The service is great and for the price a luxury room. Mattress is comfortable, adequate amount of pillows. The breafast bar includes fruit, cerals, beverages, biscuits and gravy as well as waffles. The staff are always friendly and courteous. For the price this motel exceeds all others in Lincoln.

Rooms need more soundproofing. Noisy! Management needs to learn customer service. Employees could do the same. My worst stay ever. I will never again stay at any hotel affiliated with this company. By contrast the Sheraton Hotel chain is by far tops and I have never had a bad night at any of their hotels.

Amazing mattresses and bedding. Newer, clean rooms with small fridge & coffee in room. The beds were amazing! Bed was as good as a luxury.

The price! Great value for the indoor swimming pool. The breakfast was good, but not great. Clean, quiet rooms, great pool area, friendly staff.

Clean, comfortable rooms, good breakfast area and clean pool. This hotel is very family-friendly. The staff went out of their way to make us at home, even on a busy Thanksgiving holiday. Well-worth it. Located just off a main thoroughfare, it is easy to get to the local attractions.

The room size and the spa/pool facilities were nice - hot tub needed cleaning. The food handler did not use gloves or the tongs that were sitting right there when touching the unpackaged food.

staff courteous and helpful; great breakfast Would recommend highly for anyone who has a student on campus. About 10 blocks from dormitories.You would need a rental car if flying form Omaha.

got down to the continental breakfast 1 hour before it was to end and they had not refilled several items so the selection was slim. The refrigerator in our first room didn't work which was difficult sine I had medicine that had to be refrigerated finally they gave us a new room. Also in the first room the coffee pot was full of coffee and had not been cleaned and replenished from the person who had stayed in the room before us. Otherwise it was a nice hotel. I would give it 2 stars.

The rooms had a couch that made the room very comfortable for four people. none The hotel was a great 2 star hotel. I would have rated it a 2.5 star at least.
