the banquet room was very spacious and comfortable for our family reunion.

Good breakfast and convenient location. Sofa bed was broken.

This hotel is miles away from anything. It is about 20 miles from the nearest expressway, and there is nothing anywhere around it. It takes about a half hour of in traffic, red light driving to get to the nearest expressway and get anywhere decent. The main reason we stayed here was the heated, indoor pool. We were going to spend an afternoon at the pool but the sign said the pool hours are from 5 pm to 9 pm, just when we would want to go up and get showered and dressed to go out. We waited unti 5, but the pool didn't even open then. When we asked about it, we were told that, 'the lifeguard isn't here, yet." We waited 20 more minutes, then left. We then went up and showered and dressed to go out, and on the way out the pool was still closed. While waiting, we talked to another family that had been there for a while. They said that even after 5 the pool was often closed. Also, they said it is only open Thursday to Sunday, anyway.

Staff were very pleasant.Rooms are spacious. Problem with the tv was promptly fixed.Free breakfast had plenty of choices.Handy location for travel to either Baltimore or Washington DC. Close to restaurants and shopping. Bathroom could have used a fan.Hot tub was too cool, pool was cold.

Located 1 mile from the Marc Train. The bed felt like it was made out of bricks! The breakfast cleaning staff was friendly. The front desk was indecisive and not helpful. They seemed like it was their first day on the job - unsure of where the ice machine was located even. It worked for my husband and I but the bed was very hard and I just didn't sleep much.

Convenient, roomy, good breakfast. Sofa sleeper worn out. Not enough pillows. No more available. Dirty towels removed, but no clean ones left. Clean and spacious. Good neighborhood. Farther away from Metro than expected. Many stores and restaurants in the area.

Very good breakfasts with different entrees each day, The hotel was nice and quiet despite being nearly full. Several nice places to eat. The room was exceptionally clean and all appliances were in good working order. There was plenty of free parking and the lot was well lit. The lobby was nice with a very wide screen TV. The breakfast was always ready at 6:30 am.

The rooms have refrigerators in them. The bathroom showers.

Good general location. Old building, dirty carpet from old usage. The hotel was okay in terms of number of beds, sleeping sofa and the continental breakfast; but was shocked to find that our son's crawling on the carpet turned to be a regret staying there. His white socks and shoes turned black from the dirt on the carpet which was a shocking revelation. The hotel management needs to shampoo the carpets once in a while.

Very clean, friendly and accommodating. Very, very limited pool hours. The hotel was very nice especially for a family of 5 with small children. Having a room we could all get into was great and it was very neat and clean with a very nice breakfast. It was tough having pool hours limited to 5-9 pm when we were on vacation with kids. Especially since we had car repairs that needed to be made and were trying to occupy the kids while getting that taken care of.

Close to mall and had a pool. There was a rude security officer. The hotel was nice for the price and very convenient. Although, my sister and I had 3 rooms that were on a floor where there were lots of children. It seemed liked everyone on that floor was doing a hotel party/sleepover that weekend. Which is fine. The main problem I had was with a rude security officer constantly and persistently knocking on my room door and my sister's room door threatening to put us out in the wee hours soft the night. We are we asleep. This was utterly annoying.

There were bugs and fleas biting us all night. The bugs and fleas in the room. We had to use bug bite medicine for 3 days now, since bugs bit us all night in the room.

The room was very clean and fresh towels. The indoor pool was not open. The hotel in general was very nice. I only stayed for one night I would return for another stay there.

Good breakfast, newer decor, staff helpful when asked, quiet and secure location. Rooms on the small side, pool small, cold and open limited hours, staff slow to help/not friendly. The hotel was recently updated but rooms are small and relatively clean. Staff seemed overwhelmed but did respond to concerns when asked. Breakfast was generous and it is close to many good restaurants and stores. It's about 9 miles to the closest Metro or MARC station but there is free parking there. It's 30 minutes from BWI, 45 from Annapolis & Baltimore (in rush hr traffic) and about 8 Metro stops to the Mall in DC. The pool and spa are small. The pool is cold and is only open about 4 hours per day due to law requiring a lifeguard on duty.

Clean quiet, helpful staff, location good for me. Pool was tech. closed except for weekends and much smaller then appeared in photo. Pleasant stay, good value for the money.

Nothing. Good. Nice and clean. Good location. Friendly people.

The lobby and outside of hotel had been redone. Near lake to walk around. Our room looked like it was under renovation. The paint was chipped through out the room. One wall looked like they had removed a door &put dry wall. I have stayed in cleaner hotels. The rooms need to be completed (maybe this is their definition of complete).

Helpful staff. Good location. Attractive room and lobby. Nice tub and shower. First room was next to a loud, 4 am neighbor. Changing rooms no problem. If your business is in Laurel, the location is fine. Only ten minutes to Washington Beltway. There are lots of good places to eat nearby.
