The room I had was spacious, clean and had internet access through the TV. The waffles at the complimentary breakfast were a delight! There is nothing that I didn't like. I had a very nice two-night stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was the perfect size and very clean, especially the bathroom. Most hotel bathrooms feel less than sanitary with mold in the shower and unmaintained caulking. This was not the case here. Internet through the TV was nice to have, too. The free breakfast was perfect, especially the waffles! The hotel is well worth the price, in my opinion. I'll be back the next time I'm in Irvine.

Comfort Suites in Lake Forest is one of the BEST hotels I've ever stayed in! Everything was spotless, the suite was very comfortable, the breakfast was phenomenal, and having a full computer with high speed internet in the room was unbelievable.....I'd never heard of that before, internet access yes, but not a full computer. I was told that they were the first in So Calif to offer it. The staff was very friendly and accomodating, especially one particular man at the front desk, who bent over backwards to help me with any and every thing I needed. Having an actual mini kitchen in my room was great. Full size refrigerator, microwave, sink, 2 burner stove, and even some drawers and cabinet space were VERY nice to have. They don't provide any supplies (silverware, plates, etc.), but I'll bet no one would mind if you took a few with you to your room from the breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, I never thought to try that while I was there, LOL. The only "slight" inconvenence was that they were building some special shelves in the lobby to display their large collection of enormous geodes--most around 2 feet tall ranging up to 5 feet tall! They are full of deep purple crystals and are just GORGEOUS! It's worth walking into the lobby just to see them. The shelves are probably completed already. Oh, and one other thing that was slightly inconvenient, is that the hotel is situated so that you can ONLY turn right going out of the parking lot, so you need to make a U-turn at the light (very close) to go the other direction. It's not a big deal though. I will gladly stay here any time I can!

The free internet service. The free breakfast. Comfortable bed. No hot water. The breakfast was served from 7 am to 10 am. Needed to be earlier and stay open a little longer. I enjoyed the hotel. Very friendly staff. Upgraded us for free. The gym had at least 5 pieces of equipment. Need to have hot water. A little further inland than I thought, but I would stay there again.

Internet, beautiful, very clean, and being a suite meant we had a great meeting place with couch with stuffed chair, large refrigerator, stove, etc. It was somewhat far from Laguna Hills / Leisure Word, where we were visiting my mother.

Breakfast, but had to repeatedly ask staff to refill food at serve yourself breakfast bar. N/A We had to change rooms because we wanted to stay an extra day. Staff told us it would be no problem when we paid for the room. When checking to make sure the room would be ready the next morning a female staff member told us she didn't know if the room would be ready and that there might be a problem. I told her that it would be a problem if we couldn't get into the room as promised, (we had a firm schedule to meet). Her attitude was I was putting her out. Instead of telling me they would everything possible to help us she took the stance that we probably can't help you. However the room was ready on our time schedule and this problem could have been avoided by better communication among staff and a willingness to accommodate the customer by this person. I want to add that all the other staff was excellent.
