The Comfort Suites Inn was very nice, a little disappointed that the beds seemed crowded but overall the suite was very roomy. The bathroom was very spacious with plenty hot water. The location to restaurants was convient.

The breakfast was good. Bed sheets had hair all over them. TV was terrible. Staff was very uninterested in helping. Not the level of customer service I am used to from hotels. Just did not seem to care very much. The property has a great location, and has great potential, but will never be any better than its staff. Unfortunately, the staff is pulling this property down.

The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only things we saw that needed improving was the fitness equipment (not working properly) and the eggs and bacon on the breakfast bar (bland taste).

The best breakfast I've had in a while from a hotel. Pillows weretoo small. Overall, very good hotel for travelers and business trips. Service was excellent, staff was friendly. Close to all major attractions in Johnson City.

the staff was great... our car broke down t..hey booked us another night at the same rate also our car wasn't going to ready until after check out time they said we could stay in the room until it was ready really a great staff ..the room was very clean i am sold on confort suites never have stayed with them before KUDOS to them

Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, free hi speed internet. Great hotel. Very clean, comfortable, big fluffy comforters, nice bathroom amenities. The staff was very friendly and I will definitely stay there again if I go to Johnson City.

Beautiful rooms and lobby Shower curtains needed to be replaced. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel was convenient to everything....wal-mart, restaurants, etc. nice clean rooms and very spacious. Staff was super friendly...the best customer service ever! They really made you feel at home. I just missed my ""grits"" in the morning. But even the popcorn was good that they had in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again!

The bed was very comfortable and i slept like a baby. The half divider in the room should be more secluded from the living area. Overall the experience was fine. It was a little misleading from the description listed on the net, but would do again.

This place is great, located next to Logans Restaurant and they deliver to the hotel. Large clean rooms/suites, and the staff was very helpful
