This is the first time stayed in a suite. it is very comfortable. the hotel is very closed to dinning places. Very please with location.

Convenient to highway and close to many businesses. Not quite the suite I expected, one large room. NA.

Room was a great value, offering a large clean room, internet, a hot breakfast and staffing that was excellent.

Clean and spacious with a free hot breakfast buffet. The doors to the outside did not require key entry. This hotel was nice enough that I would consider it more than just a one night stay type of hotel.

wallpaper in the bathroom peeling away. the bed was terrible, woke up with sore back and could barely get out of the bed.

Convenient for most shopping and restaurants. The toilet overflowed and stayed stopped up in our room. The hotel was in a convenient location.

The layout is set up for privacy and quiet. I slept like a baby. The pillows were great. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. I got lost in town and the desk clerk gave great directions. The breakfast was hot and fresh. The room had every amenity I could ask for. If I return to Hickory, I will definately stay here again.

Good continental breakfast. We were put on the second floor - no elevator. This is an older comfort suite - there are many newer motels in hickory for the same price. We appreciated the convenience of the living area, complete w/ sofa bed. However, we did not realize that most of the rooms w/ two beds were on the second floor and that there was no elevator. I had to take everything up for my elderly parents who had a difficult time Navigating the metal stairs. Beds were only doubles - no queens - and not particularly comfortable. Bathroom very clean and staff helpful. Good location right off the interstate. Would not stay there again, however, after noting the other possibilities in hickory.

Every one was friendly. One outlet did not work. Would recommend this motel and will stay there again and in other Comfort Suites.
