I didn't didn't have to use any of the amenities as far as the pool, exercise room, dining room or the business area but I was very impressed with the cleanliness of my room.

returning to chicago for my fathers funeral i needed a suite at a hotel in that area .this was great for the money. great staff and clean for hotel rooms in general. i expected a bigger suite. but it served its purpose!

It was very clean and very quiet. No ice machine on my floor. The hotel was quiet and clean. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

This hotel was terrible, bugs, dirty, security was scary. Beware!

The room was too small for a three night stay. There was no extra table and chairs, like most places to eat at. It was all bed and no room to walk around. When I checked in there was no question about my pet and I was not told there would be a fee. When I checked out, I was then told about the extra fee for the pet. The location was not in a very secure location. On the first day there was a nice breakfast but as the days went by there was nothing but stale, left over bagels and baked goods.

Access to the wedding we were attending was great. The room was a little snug, but the air was great. Overall, our stay was fine. The location was perfect for a wedding we were attending. There was a slight problem at check-in, desk clerk was a little preoccupied with personal conversation. We had to wait over 7 minutes, there was no-one else in the lobby.

This was an easily located motel adjacent to other well known motels. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. I had heard that security might be an issue in this area so appreciated the one door entry and exit into the motel.

Nothing at all. Needs lots of works. Cable in room does not work will, lights, not clean right, had the room key reeked every night to get in my room, will not stay here again, will not recommend to friends and family.

The hotel was clean and what I expected. It is a lot farther from Downtown Chicago than I thought. This hotel is nice and the staff are friendly, but it is a lot farther from downtown Chicago than I thought. I ended up having to rent a car to get from downtown to my hotel.

They made sure we was accommodated and taken care of. The only thing I can think of the bathroom floor was cold.
