Upon arrival, the hotel staff were very accomodating and polite. The room itself was clean and spacious. Everything was conveniently located along the 1st level corridor, and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful. A great experience, overall.

Size of room was nice. Hot tub was lukewarm, breakfast not good, access to parking lot Thur gas station awful. We had stayed at a Comfort Suites on our way to Myrtle Beach last year & loved it. Thought this bed would be as perfect, but this bed still has us both taking pain maid! We thought the hot tub was going to help with back aches, but took hotter soak in bathroom tub. Waited for pool towels, ended up using our bath towels. Kids would love pool area. Breakfast was a sad selection. The waffle I made was good!

About average for bed comfort, room cleanliness, staff and hotel appearance. The pool was larger than most hotels and had windows that looked out to the road. Fresh Belgian waffles are available with the continental breakfast. My biggest complaint is the location. You can only enter the driveway from the south lanes of Rivergate Pkwy, and I had to drive a couple miles up the road to double back to the enterance. There is a gas station next to the hotel, and you are able to turn into the gas station from the north lanes and drive through their pumps to the hotel parking lot, but that's difficult if there are cars at the gas pumps. For average comfort and value, I'll look for a hotel that is more convenient.

We stayed for a weekend get away and were very pleased with or room. The staff at check in didn't seem very friendly or personable but I think that is common more often than not anymore unfortunately. I would definetly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

This hotel was awesome compared to the one we had stayed in the last 2 nights, cleaner by far. The hot tub was not very hot & the pool area was really chilly. Our room was great, much more than we expected. We had a clean comfortable room, the free breakfast was better than most.

A 3-star hotel this is not, but it is an okay 2-star hotel. The rooms are small and narrow, and the overall facility is definitely 2-star. The breakfast bar has slim pickings. Their dryer works, but good luck actually drying clothes. Assuming one gets an excellent price, freeway access and nearby dining opportunties make this hotel a reasonable consideration, but any Hampton Inn or Fairfield Inn is better.

The Comfort Suites is a very convenient location for trips to visit family. The large indoor pool and exercise room is a big asset in the Goodlettsville area. The breakfast bar was very good. The room is large with king bed, couch, desk and chair.

The breakfast was nicely done. The room was not as clean as I would have liked. The lady at the desk was friendly. The room was not as clean as I would have liked. The breakfast served was nice.

I dont do reviews very often, but this is a very good place to stay, large clean!! rooms with good beds and pillows.My family and I sleep very well and thats what you want for your money. Thank you to the staff & Comfort Suites. we'll be back

The Comfort Suites was a pleasurable stay for our party of three. The location of the hotel was perfect for shopping with ease and close to our primary purpose of going to Nashville. (Doctor's Office) The staff was nice but not iverly friendly as you find in many hotels today. The overall experience went well and I will return to this hotel when I return to Nashville.

King size bed, sink outside of bathroom. Very small television. Poor quality crib. In a bad area of town. Front desk attendant seemed annoyed at my questions. Very few parking spaces. Overall disappointing experience.

It offered free breakfast buffet. Noise from room above. Nice hotel for the money. The swimming pool was nice but was not heated. The spa and work out facility was excellent. Comfortable bed. Nice and friendly staff. A negative was the noise from the room above in the early morning hours and you had to enter through a gas station when coming from the east back to the hotel because a median prevented you from turning into the hotel parking lot.

It was a suite room for a reasonable price. Customer service was poor. This was a suite room, so our children slept on a pull-out couch. In the middle of the night, the couch collapsed. I informed the hotel in the morning and they insisted that they could not give us any type of discount or coupon.

I liked having a small refrigerator & microwave in my room. The noisiness of other guests with children. Overall my husband, daughter and I were very pleased with our experience at this motel. We would most likely stay here again. It wasn't easy to actually get to the parking lot of the motel as there was no exit or entrance for just the motel.

Easy to find nice rooms. Nothing I did not like. Comfy king-sized bed, nice breakfast, and has an indoor pool for the kids.

The desk clerk was very helpful. Not by any fault of the hotel but other guests were rowdy. The hotel was quite nice - a few minor problems - the sofabed had seen better days but as for comfort in general - for the price - it was adequate. Is nice to have a suite with the younger child - refrig and microwave are very handy.

Indoor pool was nice for kids. Requested non-smoking room, but it still smelled. The location was great--right off the interstate, but I did not notice any noise. The hotel was very clean. It has a big indoor pool and spa. Breakfast was nice.A few negatives - the front desk clerk was not friendly. The room smelled of smoke. There were some young girls running unsupervised all over the hotel.

Friendly, clean, comfortable, spacious. The fitness center was worn, the treadmill didn't work, buttons controls on the bike were worn. I loved it. One of the best parts was walking through the doors and being greeted, we have been waiting for you. staff friendly and helpful, clean rooms.
