Nice hotel. I booked for a business colleague and he was very happy with the room and facilities. Convenient to the Turnpike, Victory Brewery, local biotechs, etc.

It was clean, neat and had restaurants close by and was also right off the main road, easy to access. We only stayed there for one night, however, it was very clean, and the price was reasonable.

I will start with what I noted needed improvement: the bathrooms were beautiful and worked perfectly, but were a little small. Now the positives: The rooms were spotless. They were large and comfortable and the bed was quite nice. The service provided by the hotel staff was amazing. They were always helpful and had countless useful suggestions. Also in the region: Paul's bakery is wonderful and Las Tres Torres has great coffee.

This is how a hotel should be run. The staff is very friendly, and when I called about a computer chair not adjusting right I was brought a new one in less then five minutes, with a smile. The hotel and the hot tub are clean, clean, clean. Cleanest hotel I have ever been at. The hot tub also has the right amount of chemicals in it. The rooms are large and quiet. It is a new building. The emergency stair are even carpeted. There is a nice sitting/meeting area down stairs with a large screen tv, public computers and pleanty of seating areas. I saw several groups just hanging out there. The breakfast lady was friendly and when I had to ask her about ingredient's Because I can not eat any wheat or gluten she happily read what was in the sausage to me. And then asked if I needed her to check on something else. I looked forward to seeing her the next morning. I had arrived to eat 15 minutes before breakfast was to be over and the food was still fresh and there was pleanty of it. It looked as if she had just set it up. It was a full, warm breakfast. The hotel is easy to find but not loud due to road it is on. Near by is a drug store, and about 8 places to eat from salad to steak all within sight. It is only a few miles to parks, grocery stores and malls.

The hotel was modern, well kept & clean. The staff was courteous & friendly. My only complaint was the location. It wasn't bad, a 10 minute Metro ride but not as advertised on the website.

This hotel is exactly what I wanted: a nice place to rest and shower after a long day of sightseeing. It is NOT a frilly, exquisitely furnished hotel. All of your basics are met, and met well. Great service, cold A/C, comfortable beds, nice shower. The neighborhood is quiet & safe, and the hotel is 2 blocks from the Tres Torres train station. Some tips: bring a laptop (free wireless access); dine downtown/buy groceries at the shops half a block down (hotel food expensive and not great); buy Metro passes (you?ll be using it constantly). I?ll definitely stay there again!
