Rooms are easy to access. Indoor pool not heated. It wasn't busy at all we were one of two cars in the parking lot. When I called down for more bedding I got an answering machine. I guess there were so few people in the hotel that there weren't many people working the front desk. We did eventually get the bedding. The continental breakfast was good hot and plenty of choices. The room was clean and offered a perfect stay for a family of 2ad/2k.

It was rather disconcerting when the desk clerk curtly requested a picture id in addition to my credit card. She then proceeded to photocopy it and stapled the copy to the check-in form. When asked the purpose, she replied, ""Sometimes people say they never stayed here and this is for proof."" At my request, she did black out pertinent information from my driver's license on the photocopy, but wrote down the make, model, and year of our car along with the plate number. By the time we got a room key, we felt as though we were being sent to a cell.

Went to the pool upon my stay only to find out you cannot change the settings on the hottub. It was cold and yellow in color. No laundry service like most Comfort Suites. Had to go to a laundrymat. Had to change hotels on my last day because they booked up all rooms. Could have given me one of the rooms they held in reserve for internet shoppers but made me leave.

They must have gotten rid of the smell. The indoor pool gave it a pool smell, but not overwhelming. I was tired. IT was a great rest stop for me and my family. Stores were located EVERYWHERE...
