Adjacent to Park Meadows Mall, Comfort Suites Denver South is approximately 14 miles from most Denver attractions, including Mile-high Stadium, Greek Theatre, Denver Art Museum, Civic Center, US Mint, McNichols Arena, Denver Zoo, Larimer Square, and the Pepsi Center. Englewood and Holoworld are one mile away, South Glen Mall is six miles, and Castle Rock factory shops are 12 miles away. The Comfort Suites is located approximately 40 miles from Denver's airport. The sundeck with hot tub provides a view of the majestic Rocky Mountains. The fitness room and business center are open 24 hours a day. In the morning, a complimentary continental breakfast is served in the lobby. Room service is available for other meals. There are also meeting, exercise, laundry, and parking facilities on site. Kids 18 years or younger stay for free. Each room has air-conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, clock radio, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, free newspaper, free local calls, voicemail, dataport, and cable television. There was a young woman at the front desk by the name of Hannah. Hannah made sure I got something to eat early in the morning so that I could take my meds. It was before breakfast time. I was really, really touched by this personal service. Hannah - I hope you get a raise. I would come back to this hotel just because of Hannah.

Very clean and well kept. The room was very modern and comfortable. The breakfast was also amongst the best I have seen in any hotel.

Great hotel. The beds and bedding were great. I used the laundry room and business center. The business center was in it's own room ,which I prefer to being in the lobby like so many hotels. I will always look for a comfort suites hotel after this stay.

Newly renovated, (I think I may have been the first person to use the room), comfortable, spacious room. Great complimentary hot breakfast every morning, fresh coffee all day, and HOMEMADE COOKIES every night. I also took advantage of the micro-fridge to heat some soup and have supper in front of the flat panel TV in my room after a long day a couple of times. Friendly staff. Convenient to where I needed to go. Lots of shopping, restaurants nearby.

Good sized rooms in this recently remodled hotel provided me ample room to relax and work. The bed was comfortable. But I beleived they skimpped a bit on the bedding. But the rooms ac and heat worked well. The desk was nice with a comfortable chair. I liked the bathroom with the upgraded vanity. In which was lots of extra towels were stored, which worked out for me because I left my room late and the maid did not change out the towels. The location was close to shopping and resturants. However its not within walking distance. I highly recommend a car.

Breakfast was good. No pool, the work out room was small; the bathroom had the sink in it so no family member could get ready while another was showering. No pool but does have an outdoor hot tub. In Colorado?

This hotel was very nice. The front desk was very friendly. The continental breakfast was good. Every thing was wonderful. Very nice new accommodations.

The hotel is well located to the mall area, to the main freeways (I-25, I-470), and to the nearby cities - Denver, Littleton, and Highlands Ranch. The room was tidy and spacious, and the bed comfortable. It was also fairly quiet. The refridgerator and coffee pot were nice items to have in the room, as was the fairly large screen TV (some of the rooms in higher end hotels I have stayed in recently have much smaller screens). The lobby, room, and bathroom areas were clean overall, but the room ad some notable maintenance issues that should have been fixed; one or two would have been acceptable, but the room I was in had more than a couple. Specific complaints: - the closet doors were off their tracks when I arrived - I fixed those easily, but at 11 PM, it was a bit noisy; - the H/C chrome ring around the tub handle was loose - the sealant had broken free; - One lamp was missing the nut to hold on the lamp shade, one had a burned out bulb; - the drapes had been cleaned, but were not hung back up correctly - I re-hung them easily. - Last, the carpet was clearly stained.

The bed was okay. I hated the Bathroom. So small you could barely open the door. Some place to stay if you need one. A little overpriced for what you get. Waffles were good eggs and sausage were disgusting. Remolding the room next door I can understand but they started at 7:30. That's to early.

The Comfort Suites in Highland Ranch, CO was located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Several restaurants were located within a short walking distance. The mini-malls were quite close as well. The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room contained two spacious queen beds with fresh linens. My daughter appreciated the partial room divider. The bathroom (tub/shower combo) was very clean. The kitchinette with a microwave and fridge was especially appreciated. We will definitey stay at this location in the future.

Location Internet nonfunctional, hot tub broken, only 1 luggage cart. Staff was clueless about Internet hot tub was broken 2 of the 3 days I was there. hotel only had 1 luggage cart for the entire hotel. no residential white pages in the room or the office, bed's were awful.

The Comfort Suites in Highland Ranch, Co. is not worth recomming to anyone..I have stayed many times and it seems to be getting worse each visit...I have already e-mailed Choice Hotels about my recent visit and the staff is also well aware that I was very unhappy with my room...The management however tried to fix most of the problems after the first night. I paid way to much for the 2 nite stay.

The Comfort Suites Tech Center South, HIGHLANDS RANCH, CO is conveniently located near great shopping, restaurants, trails and parks. It is an easy 15 minute drive to the heart of Denver. The staff were very proficient and friendly. The rooms were very average. Fortunately, the entire hotel is smoke-free. Unfortunately, somehow my room smelled distinctly like stale smoke. Nice breakfast bar in the mornings. Fresh cookies baked throughout the day.

Excellent customer service! The rooms were very comfortable and extremely clean. I travel to Highlands Ranch every few months and will definitely stay with you from now on.
