We had a good experience at this hotel on two occassions. We used the self-service laundry and were happy. Our A/C broke the first night and they were very accommodating by moving us across the hall. Nice, spacious rooms - separate living room is a plus. We didn't use the fitness room, but it had nice equipment. The pool area was small w/ no towels each time we used it. The breakfast was not your ordinary continental buffet - my kids loved it!!! We were very pleased overall.

We were travelling with my 4 year old and 2 month old, so having a 1 bedroom suite was important. The tiles in the bathroom were cracked with an open hole in the wall near the floor. The bed was okay but the sheets and bedspread were of mediocre quality, and spare bedding for the pull-out couch was not stored in the room (had to go to the front desk for it). When we called at 8am to ask about the airport shuttle, my husband was told there was one at 8:15 and one at 8:45. We had to call again to find out the next ones were 9:35 and then not another until noon, so we had to take the 9:35 which got us there excessively early for our 11:50am flight. Oh, and the air conditioning was very noisy and didn't work very well (didn't get colder when we turned it down, and did not seem to work at all in the front room).

Clean, helpful, Convenient location. Difficult to access from highway. Can not see the approach. Signing can only be seen from one direction and difficult to find at night.

The room was great!! Two queen beds, sleeper sofa, microwave, mini-fridge, two tvs. Lots of space for three kids. Breakfast was good. More than muffins and bagels. Texas shaped waffle was cool. Didn't use pool but it looked small. The only problem was the parking. Came in about 11:30 pm from a baseball game and there were no empty spaces. The guy at the counter was very helpful and allowed us to park in the unloading area so it worked out.

Hotel was ok , the only problem we had was the room was very musty (smelled like a wet dog), asked to be moved to another room but the hotel was booked. They didnt do anything to compinsate us ...... overall hotel was ok for the price.

The staff seemed genuinely concerned about our needs and desires to have a good stay. This hotel is at a great location near the north entrance of the airport. Even though it was near the airport we could not hear any outside noise from DFW or the highway. Upon request they even opened the pool up early so we could take an morning swim.

Breakfast ends at 0930 on weekdays :(, very small pool. Good room for the price and being close to DFW. 2 rooms with a door to divide, great for little kids.

The room was spacious and clean. The furnishings were up-to-date. We enjoyed the separate sitting room. The bed was very comfortable. We liked the hot breakfast option compared to most hotels that only offer a continental breakfast. This hotel was close and convenient to the DFW airport. We are planning to stay there again. I would highly recommend this hotel. The only downside was the fact that a couple with small, noisy children were in the room above us and we kept waking up do to the children's running and playing.

Check in was super fast. Check in was fast, staff was great, room was clean, the exercise room was no more than a stair stepper, very old bike and treadmill that did not work. Overall, everything was great.

Positively, the hotel was clean. Negatively, the thermostat in the room did not work properly, bathroom was dark and sink was not enclosed

The hotel is actually adequate and relative to its low price. But the transportaation provided was a big dissapoint. I chose this hotel for a layover. When I landed I went directly to the gray pickup sign on LL and called the property for a pick up. Every 15 mins I called the operaation who kept telling me I was Not in the right location.l After 1 hour I asked a driver stolling b y is this where the pick up van arrives , onl y to disover I was correct he had just arrived> Waiting 1 hour in an exhaust filled LL garage is bad. Then we do th epick ups after picking up 3 more guests and we are at the last gate, the last guests annnounces her boyfriend is back at terminal A waiting, so we turn around and go all the back only to discover he was not there. Fortunately the driver had enough good sense not to wait and call another van for pick up. Also it was dissapointing to disover that now my hotel arrival was 10pm vs 8:30 my only food selection was several to go menus delivered directly to my room by the Pizza Hut man. I DID NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE OPENING THE DOOR TO PEOPLE OTHER THAN HOTEL PERSONNEL. Also, somewhere they should mention it is a dry county as well. The bed very comfortable, the remotes did not work but t he room was very clean.In the am we waited 15 mins for another guest (4:30am)only to discoveer I was the only guest going to the airport.

The room was big and comfortable. They charge too much money for their shuttle to the football game. This hotel was very nice, lots of extra room. The breakfast was good, especially because it was free. We really enjoyed our stay.

Superior Quality... Hats off to the staff and housekeepers ... wonderful relaxing quiet hotel.. a travelers paradise which includes room service for dining in.. can't ask for much more
