Room was large and had lots of elbow room, great for a family or group of friends. Bedding and pillows for sofa bed not in room, quick trip to front desk was required. Room had fridge and microwave, once again great for a family or group. Bathroom had an odor about it, not sure if it was from the shower or shower curtain or from the discolored grout in the tile floor. The lobby floor in front of the elevator and the elevator itself were wet, apparently from the pool area. There was a wet floor sign rather than any attempt to address the issue. Perhaps the biggest disappointment was the breakfast room, which was never checked by attendants to assure adequate supply of beverages, food, plates, silverware, etc. Guests seem to be on their own to make do as best they are able. If you just want a roomy place to sleep this is probably okay as I'm not certain what other choices are available; however, I will check further for other options should I travel near here again.

Good location. Tub got clogged and there was only one employee at the establishment. It was a nice hotel. There was only one staff member to run the whole establishment, we had a clogged tub and they wanted us to do the work of getting it unclogged, which we did not do, so the only employee had to come up and take care of the problem.

We requested a room across from the pool. It had a King Bed, big room, with a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, couch, coffee table, desk, TV of course, closet, hairdryer, ironing board. Swimming pool was small but nice for the indoors in the Winter. Jacuzzi/Hot Tub was out of order. Workout room next to pool was small, had a TV, treadmill, bike, and universal weight set. Staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast was awesome!!!!!! Best I've ever had with a lot of choices. Safe and secure area across from a Cracker Barrel Restaurant and next to a restaurant called Sonny's Barbecue. Show them your Hotel card and get 10% off your dinner. Great cheeseburger. NO BEER because it's a Dry County. If you would like a beer with your meal there is a restaurant called "Butler's Bar and Grill" I believe, only 5 minutes away, one exit to the south, off 75 South. This is the same exit as the local hospital. Online travel showed my room at 79 when I booked on-line. When I got to the hotel they said it was 62. So, I'm not sure if Online travel will bill me separately for the difference or not????????? Very close to the highway exit and entrance. A lot of Semi trucks drive right past the front of the hotel. So, if you are a light sleeper, request a room on the back side of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. My wife has back problems and sleeping in that King Bed she did not have any pain the next morning and she got a better night's sleep than on our own bed at home. Have fun!

The breakfast is super handy! The room wasn't as clean as it could have been. Overall, the hotel was good. We would stay again.

Location. Heated pool was cold. Hotel was clean and convenient.

I've stayed at Best Western Zoders in Gatlinburg and thought I'd try Best Western Twin Islands....big mistake. The rooms which all of them were non-smoking had a smoky smell. The pool was dirty and need maintenanced. The only positive thing about the place was the friendly service at the front desk.

Nice breakfast area. Side door to hotel not locked at night. An average hotel. Nothing terrible here as I would stay here again if needed, but just as a place to sleep and not as a place to stay and enjoy the hotel.

This place is supposed to be non-smoking. It smelled of smoke, the blankets had cigarette burns and so did the furniture. There were cobwebs with live spiders in the corners. Elevator out of order. They gave away our room even though we had guaranteed late arrival.

It was clean and convenient. It had lots of lights and was secure. This hotel was nice enough for anyone. It is modern, clean and well managed. I enjoyed my night there. I will stay there again.

Room clean and spacious.Staff friendly. Parking may be an issue with large campers or vehicles pulling trailers. Indoor pool-big+++ I've paid alot more for rooms only have this nice.

Indoor pool & hot tub. Free breakfast. Location. Elevator went out afternoon before checkout and we had to carry luggage down stairs several trips. The things found in this motel room disturbed me, as this means the room was not cleaned properly. I did not know pot smoking was allowed especially in a non-smoking room. The half empty Pepsi appeared the 2nd evening after the room was made up which could explain the messy bed as someone laid on the bed, watched TV and had a Pepsi. I expected more from Comfort Suites.

Suite - a couch to sit and watchTV and wireless internet, and plenty of lighting and hot breakfast. Well worn, short handed of help. Suite is great. However, couch was well worn. Excellent wireless internet, New TV's, watched bowl game. Breakfast was adequate for business traveler.

Room was not clean, fitted sheet didn't fit. The room was not clean. The common area (breakfast area) was large and well stocked, but appeared dirty. No clean tables even though several were not being occupied. When we checked in (at midnight), we found that the fitted sheet was probably for a queen size bed rather than a king and was off the mattress at all four corners.

Large rooms. No wireless internet. A little exterior re-surfacing going on so windows were covered with plastic (Nov 08). A great place to stay otherwise.

Convenient, friendly, clean, comfortable and met expectations. Check in was difficult. The hotel was in the middle of an exterior renovation. Desk agent was young and inexperienced and was confused by the process. However, he was very polite and apologetic regarding the wait. The room amenities were same as that we have receive in 5 star hotels. If one's travels require an overnight stay in the area, this was a good place to stay.

It was pretty clean and free breakfast. The absolutely horrible bright lights outside the room. The sofa looked old, dirty and worn-out. Glad we didn't need to use it. The bed was comfortable enough and the size of room was pleasant and clean. As with all Motels, the outside lights used are too bright, therefore blinding us from actually seeing because the difference between light and dark is way too intense. And then to add one of those street lights right outside the window of the room! That was too much and made it very difficult to sleep.

I only had to stay 3 nights. Spiders in room, rain poured down the inside of the windows. The hotel was in poor shape. Wallpaper in the lobby was peeling off the walls due to water leaks. The room had not been dusted in a long time and was full of cobwebs and spider webs; complete with spiders. The window leaked so bad in the rain that it pooled on the sill and ran onto the floor soaking the carpet. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I am surprised that a Comfort Inn would be in such bad shape!
