Nothing. Bed was dirty! Maid service, when asked at front desk to change the bedding, it didn't happen until I went and complained a second time. The bed was dirty & smelled like B.O. when we arrived, I went to the front desk and asked for it to be changed letting them know how bad it was. I came back that evening and the bed was not changed. The maid did not clean the room or leave supplies over the three nights that I stayed there I had to go to the front desk to ask for supplies. What a great vacation. Don't waste your money!

I stayed at this this hotel for buisness for over two weeks, and the staff very friendly and made me feel at home. The housekeeping service was exelent, upon returning to my room each day i found my room neat and clean and often times i would find a small note on my bed with little frases like have a great day, or smiliey faces, and just little things like that which made me feel warm and welcome. The thing i noticed is that my coffee pot was cleaned every day with fresh new coffee for me, the sheets were changed, new rolls of toilet paper, and everything was wiped down every day. i am a neat freak so i did check those things and it was done. Ew sounds like a disgruntaled employee who needs to grow up and move on. over all i would rate this hotel a 10 for everything they have done for me. thanks

We stayed at the hotel during Seafood and Wine Festival. They were very kind and accommodating, even when we had one too many tastes of wine!

Very clean, friendly staff and an awesome breakfast. Too pricey. Great hotel, just a little too costly. Also, the room divider was useless. My wife and I hope for some separation from the beds (2 sleeping youngsters). No such luck. Very nice room though, easy to find with a great view and easy access to the trolley.

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice pool, good breakfast. Television had bad picture, bathroom light flickered. This hotel is a little expensive, however the room was clean the bed was comfortable the pool was nice and the continental breakfast was good.

Convenient location. The room was not clean at all. If the hotel was cleaner and amenities were updated, it would be great.

Location, nice large room. The hotel staff were young people that have not had much training, and did not possess much common sense. Had to request room keys at check in.

Trolley beside the hotel to go down along road and water was cool. Breakfast was okay. View over water was nice. Found oily grime on pillow. Ironing board broken. Noisy with kids. Front desk sterile attitudes/ faces. Too expensive for what received. The Comfort in was way too pricey for what we received. Staff was cold and unfriendly. Oily grimy thing on one of the pillows the size of one's head. The ironing board was broken. TV selection poor. The view was great. Location to downtown was fine. The trolley was fun.

Beds were very comfortable. The pool was as cloudy as milk which indicates it isn't clean. It was disappointing. For a couple of hundred bucks I got an average room with a view of the parking lot. I was looking forward to using the pool after a long drive there, but the water was extremely milky. Yuk! But the beds were very, very comfortable.

We liked the location. The staff was not outgoing. It was clean but not too friendly they did have a good breakfast and the swimming pool is nice.
