Good clean room at fair price. Friendly front desk especially the Front Office Manager who is very friendly and funny. We will be back next year on our way to Yellowstone.

I stayed in this particular hotel and had problems with wireless internet (it frequently didn't work), with the loudness (and frequency) of the trains, as well as the service at both the front desk and from the manager. Also note that the buildings closest to the front desk and the pool have significantly smaller rooms; however, the hotel charges the same rates for their larger rooms as they do for their smaller rooms. Not all of their rooms are ""oversized.""

We spent the weekend in Cheyenne doing our Christmas shopping. The hotel was near the railroad tracks, but we requested a room as far away from them (building #4 or 5) and never heard the trains at all. The rooms were the size of a large studio apartment, very clean and quite. We will always stay at this hotel. They quoted me quite an expensive price, but when I told them about the Internet price for about 1/2 the price they honored the internet price. The staff was very pleasent & helpful.

Easy to find. Older hotel with character. Our room was very large and easy to get to. Pool great! Food safe and tasty. Service good! Pets accepted a plus! Will go back!

For the price I would expect nicer room and nicer staff!OVERPRICED, Not Friendly Staff. I would not stay here again!
