It's the best hotel experience I've had in a long time. Friendly service from the moment we entered the front door all the way through our stay. The hotel is VERY clean. The great room and dining area are beautifully decorated in a modern twist with traditional undertones. Our rooms were wonderful! I love the colors and design scheme; warm wood headboards, clean and beautiful mango colored duvet covers, nice artwork on walls, great towel presentation in bathroom, very quiet (almost soundproof) rooms, and EXTREMELY comfortable mattresses. I got the feeling that everything was brand new and clean. I was not fond of the sofa-bed mattress however; it was not supportive, I could feel the springs too easily, and it was a bit floppy. I know it's a sofabed, so I don't expect a miracle, but maybe a mattress topper of some sort would help. It can be stored in the closet or requested from the front desk. Just a suggestion. Everything else was AWESOME. Breakfast was great with plenty to choose from. Service was also very friendly and helpful in the breakfast area. Nice artwork and floral arrangements throughout. It is also very close to restaurants, Walmart, etc. There is even church service in one of the conference rooms on sunday morning. I loved my stay here and will be back! Keep up the good work. By the way, they proudly boast their 97% sanitary rating in a frame behind the front desk. Definitely the place to go for a friendly, CLEAN, and comfortable atmosphere.

I have stay at several Comfort Suites but this one was disappointing. The outdoors pool was green, all the fitness equipment was broken, that air condition in our room was leaking on the floor, and the door to our room did not latch properly. On a positive note the beds were very comfortable and the continental breakfast was very good. I would think twice about staying here again.

The Comfort Suites Clayton was very clean and very nice. You get a king bed and a living room with a desk and sofa. I like the fact you had a full size wall mirror. The bathroom shower pressure was great. The free breakfast was really good. I would definatly go back.
