This hotel was beautiful and what I paid a night was a cheap price for the amount of room we got. It is brand new the bathroom, living room and bedroom was very clean. Although it was nice you could hear the persons tv so loud every night, people slamming doors in the morning on a sunday and screaming kids and adults walking down the hallway. All that stuff was not as big as a bother as the staff. The staff was horrible for such a fancy looking hotel most of the staff were very rude, talking on their cell phones when you went to the front desk and you having to wait on them to get done, anything you asked for it was a bother to them and I remember one lady in particular that from the begining I had trouble with. She was forgein hard to understand and was never at the front desk. If your traveling with kids I would not bring them to this hotel, they seem to not like kids even tho there were older kids running from the swimming pool all the way up the elevator and the floor in the loby stayed constantly wet my son got yelled at when him and I were walking from the laundry room to our room on the second floor at about 6pm, we went to the laundry room twice in a row and he must have been walking hard actually I dont know how hard a 2 yr old can walk but on the way back that same lady got off the elevator and said you need to keep your child under control and I said ok I was a little shocked but I didnt want to argue and get kicked out seeing how she had already been, my son was not the problem he was never out of my sight. I do not recomend this place for anything but buisness travel.

Our family came to this hotel again this year after a pleasant stay around the same time last year. it is close to perfect north ski resort (20min drive) but not too close where the price goes up. The hotel is immaculately clean although I did notice some wear and tear since last year. the beds are wonderfully comfortable while the small sofa couch was not (did not sleep on the bed part). The bathrooms are large and amenities and the toiletries provided are adequate. we did not use the weight room but it looked nice. the pool is a bit on the small side and we happened upon a pool party which did not enhance our swiming experience. My husband and daughter who ate the provided breakfast rate it between poor and fair. overall, when the rooms are clean and the beds are comfy and the clerks are delightful as ours were (a.m. & p.m.) we come back! be aware, this is an industrial area so there are no dining options at this exit. Nicki's pizza was great for the 2nd year in a row.

The Confort Inn Suites was convenient and cheaper than the other hotels in the area. They did a good job of cleaning the room each day.

The staff was very accomodating and pleasant. The hotel was very clean and attractive. The staff was very helpful whenever we needed help. The food was adequate and good. The pool was very nice and kid friendly. We will be coming back there next year.

We were surprised to find how perfectly clean our hotel room was. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The front desk staff (night shift) went out of their way to pick up some bandages due to a minor injury we had. Our only complaint really was with the morning breakfast. Make sure to get there early or else you will have to literally fight to get something. I spent several minutes in line only to find out the food was gone and the staff wasn't going to put out anything else but cereal and some bananas. My six-year-old son was not happy that we missed out on breakfast. We had to drive out to the next exit to purchase breakfast both days of our stay.

Clean, nice furnishings, generally comfortable. We were stuck in the elevator, found the breakfast fair, bathroom stools extremely low, pillows not comfortable.

Great room for the money The staff was extremely helpful and friendly (a staff member was always available at the front desk), the hotel was nice and clean, and the atmosphere was nice for business traveler and families with young children (i.e. no loud partying). I would recommend this hotel and would stay again if I went back to Cincinnati. The free Hot breakfast was really nice.

Proximity to destinations/bed and pillows were great! Pool wasnot warm enough/too much chlorine. Location was great-midway (15 to 20 minutes) to our destinations (Perfect North Slopes and Argosy Casino West and Cincinnati NE). Bed and pillows were great-very comfortable. Indoor pool was too chilly with too much chlorine. Location was great-midway (15 to 20 minutes) to our destinations (Perfect North Slopes and Argosy Casino West and Cincinnati NE). We enjoyed the indoor poor and making our own waffles for breakfast. It was a nice hotel. We liked our room. It was nice to have a sofa area to eat our pizza. It was very clean.

The room had plenty of electical outlets and lots of closet space. The walls and ceilings transmitted sounds rather easily. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had plenty of easy-access electric outlets to power and charge our electronics. The cleanup service was excellent. We would have liked if the breakfast hours extended past 9am because we were on vacation and didn't want to get going that early. The walls and ceilings transmitted sound quite easily. We could hear kids running around up stairs. It wasn't terrible, but it was noticeable. The AC unit cooled the room very well. I guess it is a newer, energy-saving unit because the fan switched on and off periodically. It was a little inconvenient while watching TV because we had to turn the volume up when the fan switched on and then turn it down when the fan switched off. Overall, though, we thought the hotel was a great place to stay during our visit. I recommend it highly.

Very close to the airport - but never have any problem with airplane noise. Liked everything. Hotel is new - very pretty and nicely decorated. This hotel is extremely close to the Cincinnati Airport, but we never heard one plane going over - it was a wonderful night's sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
