When I entered the room, the first thing I did was to plug in the network cable, and there was no connection. I called the front desk and then got the maintenance staff returned my call in few minutes saying that the network is on and off because of the weather (It was drizzling that day. I was thinking, okay, so the Internet access only works on a sunny day). And then I told him that it's not the case for me because it never went on. His response was either cases, call the 1-800 number to talk to their local Interenet Service Provider. So, I'm a paying customer, yet they asked me to call their ISP to solve the Internet access problem for them!

The food area was large, clean and very nice. There were not many healthy food options.

The hotel staff was very efficient and friendly when we checked in as well as when we checked out. Our room was big with plenty of room to walk around and came with a fridge and microwave. The TV reception was a little fuzzy but we didn't watch it long anyway. The breakfast was about the same as other hotel breakfasts (but they did not have any yogurt, which I always look for on the breakfast bar.) Other than that it was fine.

The hotel was very clean and very comfortable and well presented. It is in a major shopping area with many stores and places to eat. I was there on business and arrived late--no problem check in was easy and quick. Front desk was very helpful and friendly and even explained to me where I could go to get something to eat as it was 12:30 am. I did not use the dining or amenities but from what I could see I would be happy. I am picky and critical but this hotel lived up to it's name-Comfort Suites! there are many major highways and Route 28 North takes you straight to the airport.The hotel is located off of route 50 and within 10 minutes to Dulles airport.

We were very pleased when we arrived at the hotel and found a beautiful facility at an amazing price. The room was very nice and roomy and the breakfast buffet was an excellent way to start the day.

The stay at Comfort Suites was very comfortable. I room was very large with a sink and counter area and there was large space to hang all my clothes. The best part was the complementary breakfast with so many options to choose from. Me and my family enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

This Comfort Suites was one of the best we've stayed at. We spent the day at the Udvar-Hazy museum with 3 little boys and after our day spent the evening in the pool. Although small, it was very warm (90 degrees)and relaxing. (Even with a three year old riding on Grandma's back) The attendant was so pleasant and helpful. She made friends with our grandsons and offered towels, etc. The oldest grandson who is 10 is a computer whiz. He spent hours in the business center until one of the staff pointed out that the computers were for business use only - not internet games. No one under 18 was permitted. He was disappointed in that. But otherwise, the business center was adequate.The continental breakfast was very, very good. The boys made their own waffles and when there were not glazed donuts on the shelf, they asked the attendant and she got them the donuts they requested. We even took a plate back to our room for Grandpa who was not feeling well (too much "kid-wrestling" from the night before). The beds were comfortable, but Grandpa had to sleep on the sofa-bed with a five-year old. He's a big guy and was not really comfortable. Sofa-beds are fine for the little guys. The room, the breakfast room, the hallways, the pool and exercise area were very well maintained and clean. The staff was friendly and courteous. All in all, we loved this hotel and would recommend it for anyone with a family or on business travel. I have no negative comments. We had a wonderful stay there.

Nice and clean. The cleaning staff stole my jacket and management lied about it. Nice hotel. I would never recommend this hotel location due to the fact the cleaning staff stole my jacket and lied to the management about it. I will spread the word for my people in my company to stay away from this hotel location and very possibly chain. Also my phone was never fixed! It was broken the entire time!

We found the staff preoccupied and uncaring..for our purpose it was a useful mindset. We were able to run a ""friendship service"" without any disturbance from the staff. No one seemed to be upset about our activity. I highly recommend this hotel for your next affair.

We checked into the Comfort Suites Chantilly very late (after 1am) and the font desk staff was extremely organized, friendly, & accomadating. He seemed as though he was expecting us and that was such a nice personal touch for me. What a pleasure after such a long day of business and travel!

Very comfortable and convenient location. Metro stations are about 10 minutes away by car. Free parking and hot breakfast in the morning. Improve the breakfast menu - use low-fat sausage links. Very nice and reasonable hotel for families. Hot breakfast with a waffle maker added a nice welcome each morning. Free coffee and tea is available throughout the day. Ruby Tuesday restaurant across the street offers a nice and reasonable family restaurant option.

The hotel was lovely, nicely decorated & very clean. The room had Sitting area w/frig, microwave and sink. Very comfortable. Staff was extreemly polite and helpful. Nice dinning area for free breakfast. The whole experience was just perfect.

Wired Internet. Inadequate laundry facility. The staff was friendly and courteous. The breakfast supplied was the best I have seen among hotels of this class. Rooms were well-appointed but in-room cooking facilities were rudimentary (fridge and microwave). Beds and bedding were excellent.

"When we checked in we found dirty glasses in the room and towels on the bathroom floor. All the soap, shampoo, etc. had been removed from the room. The prior guest had left a note complaining internet access was down. It still was!"

Beds were great. Desk person unhelpful - neighborhood not the best. Great hotel for family - night person not helpful at all - beds were fantastic - be careful out at night after dark.
