We were staying in this hotel for my husbands 30th reunion.When we arrived inour room there was a dirty washcloth on the shower rod, hair behind the bathrrom door, the sink and mirror was dirty. After I complained, they did come and clean the sink. For the price they charge, they need better housekeeping. Their 100% guarantee doesn't mean anything. When I complained they said so!!!Great way to do business.

The rooms were very dusty and not clean. The toliet was full of old feces around the rim which blew out with toliet water every time you flushed. The lights and refrigerator and some outlets did not work.We had no maid service. The sheets were not put on the bed properly. Some of the towels had hay in them. If you have allergies to dust - do not stay here. When the problems were reported to the front desk, they admitted to having a housecleaning problem. They deducted 10 a night for one room even though we had 2 rooms. Seems they don't care.

The hotel property itself is decent for this level of hotel. I had several issues with key cards ceasing to work and having to move rooms. I also had issues with housekeeping. They don't know how to tuck in sheets, put more than two sheets on a bed, or how to leave shampoo for travellers. If you cannot get the basics right.............
