This hotel is way overpriced for a small town hotel. Staff was fairly friendly, although not overly friendly. Room was fairly clean however stains on the floors and bathtub looked like it should have been scrubbed. Would never stay here again! For this price I would have expected much more!!

The Comfort Suites in Canton, NY was fabulous. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The room was amazing and the continental breakfast had more choices then I could describe to you. The breakfast area was huge and there was a game room as well. I can't say enough good about our stay - it was wonderful!

Room large and clean, breakfast great. Can't think of anything. This was my third stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and large and the staff is friendly. Free internet is a plus. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was very clean, quiet and very comfortable. I thought the breakfast offerings were really good. We were there for a college tour and the location was close by to the college and stores. We used the pool one night and it was fine. I would stay again if we are in the area.

Had a family wedding at 2pm. We were allowed to check in at 1130am-very considerate! Everyone was friendly, place was immaculate, breakfast very good, but pool was cold. Would definitely go back if in the area.

Friendly as you checked in, they made you feel welcome. For a hotel in that location they price gouge the patrons. We annually go to Canton for a family reunion the last weekend of July. When Comfort Suites opened we switched from the Best western to them as they had amenities our family enjoyed and the price was fair for this area of the state. In the past four or five years they have raised the price significantly so that we no longer wish to stay there. $153.00 for one night in Canton, NY is absurd.

This was a great hotel, very clean and modern. Staff were all friendly and helpful. We went to town for dinner and it was a great meal also. Our room was very nice and the beds were wonderful. Only complaint was the pool was not heated and the spa tub could also have been warmer

Took daughter back to college and decided to stay overnight. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. During our visit it was raining and it uncovered a lot of ice in the parking lot. I mentioned that the walks were icy and they had a truck out there within the hour salting down the parking lot and sidewalks. I will stay in this hotel again when I go back to see my daughter.

I would not recommend staying here, way over priced. The bathroom had a dirty floor with dead bugs. the waste basket wasn't emptied. the bed smelled musty. the fireplace didn't work. the ice machine had no ice. And if you like coffee, donot get it here...was old and burn. This has to be one of the 5 worst hotels I have ever stayed at. they charged 4 star prices for a 0 star hotel.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was very good with a decent hot and cold selection. Wireless internet, large clean rooms. Would stay there again.
