Comfort Suites Canal Park is located on the shores of Lake Superior with a 2.5-mile stretch of lake outside the front doors. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast. There are whirlpools, indoor pool, lakeside patio, a gazebo overlooking Canal Park, and meeting rooms on site.

The hotel is adjacent to Grandma's Saloon & Grill, Sports Garden, Little Angies, Canal Park Marine Museum, charter fishing, and numerous gift shops and antique stores. The convention center is two blocks away and downtown Duluth is six blocks from the hotel.

Each suite has a refrigerator, sleeper sofa, coffeemaker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and cable with HBO and pay-per-view movies. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. As of May 1, 2007, all guestrooms will be non-smoking.
