The indoor pool, which is hard to come by in the south. We had six people in our room, when we asked for more towels and pillows they were very hesitant to accomadate us. Very nice. My children loved the pool and hot tub.

We stayed here because the previous reviewer said the beds were comfy--they really were. However, the place is a nightmare to get to due to construction--you have to go miles out of your way to get there, and if you miss the single turn going south, it adds about 15 miles to your trip. The room smelled -- well, I can only describe it as "old lettuce" -- funky. The toilet was loosely attached and there was something nasty around the tile around it--although the rest of the room was clean. The worst thing was the staff--generally outside smoking or sitting with feet up. When I went in with my daughter and granddaughter to change for a soccer match--the clerk was horribly rude, asking me if I was a guest and even asking my room number; really, could he not have looked on the security camera right by his side and seen that I was using my room card? There are many places north of there on I 35 to stay--I will do so next time!

The night staff was friendly and helpful. It was difficult to get to due to its location on a one-way feeder. In two words, thoroughly mediocre. Clean enough, but not impressive.

The bed was comfy w/ nice pillows, A/C was cold and room was clean. Free breakfast was good and had a good variety. A bit hard to get to but we will stay again.

The staff were cordial and helpful. Over priced and located half-way on a one way feeder, difficult to get to. This hotel will be better when they finish the renovations in the front entrance. I feel like the rooms were over priced. I did not get what I paid for in this instance and am disappointed.

The sink was separate from the toilet and bath tub. The swimming pool was dirty and the room was not inviting at all. The hotel attendant was sleepy and her appearance was quite unprofessional. The indoor swimming pool was dirty, the windows were very dirty and the white plastic chairs and tables were haphazardly strewn around the pool. The hot tub was full of bubbles and looked dirty. The room was adequate and seemed clean.
