The hotel had no elevator! We had to lug our heavy luggage up the stairs. The hotel staff did not offer to help. The driver to the airport was very friendly and helpful.

The workout room. The inconsistency of their shuttle pickup policy. You can hear planes take off till about 11:00 PM and also starting at 5:30 AM. Not a good place for sleep.

I've always felt that the people of Buffalo supplied most of the warmth of this old city, and my stay at the Comfort Suites Buffalo near the airport confirmed that in spades. You really don't expect much more from an airport hotel than a bed for the night. This hotel has a nice little indoor pool (which I did not have an opportunity to use), a nice spacious room with a jacuzzi, and a nicely set up and palatable breakfast bar. But it was Matt and the rest of the staff who really connected. It was a pleasure to chat with them, and when I asked about a place to get dinner (one of the failings of the place is that there is no proximate dining at night), Matt volunteered to give me a ride to a nice local restaurant (spot on) and gave me his card to call for a pick up after. Business traveling is a drag, but some people you meet help make you feel welcome. These folks and this place did that for me.

X", front desk staff was abrupt and not very helpful.upon asking for a local map, was told they didn't have such a thing yet another employee found me a local map which was just what we were looking for. Hotel cleanliness okay but the parking lot was needed to be plowed (cleared) to allow vehicles to drive safely and be able to park within space alloted.

This hotel is very nice and clean, but is in the direct path of airplanes taking off so it is very loud. There are many other hotels located near the airport but are situated behind it or out of the direct path of the planes so are much quieter. If you don't mind listening to planes take off every few minutes, the hotel is great. Anyone that came to visit thought we had a great room compared to their hotel.

Quiet, convenient, clean and great breakfast. Pool was dirty and hot tub was not working. Hotel was very great for an overnight and if you have other activities in the area.

The hotel itself looks nice, but looks can be deceiving. The first room given to me had not been cleaned by housekeeping yet, so back down to the lobby to get a new room. They didn't believe me and actually accompanied me back to the room to see that it was in fact not clean. Not a good start. Then I got a clean room that was in pretty good shape. The hotel itself is not a bad facility (except for the pool), but if you care AT ALL about customer service... avoid this place like the plague. It doesn't exist.

The airplanes from the airport took right off over the hotel.

Refrigerator and microwave convenient for business travel. Workout facility was great. Breakfast wastop notch. I would consider the hotel to be extremely peaceful and quiet. I was impressed with the signage posted throughout the hotel, asking travelers to keep their noise levels down in the hallway. Clearly, they take constructive criticism seriously. The internet strength was fast with absolutely no interruption to my service. The breakfast had hot and cold items, pastries, cereal and fruit. Again, much better than most hotels. The workout facility was superior to other hotels that I have visited. The refrigerator and microwave in the room took my stay to the next level, LOVED it! I will return. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. This is a great hotel and far exceeds its value when considering the cost.

The staff were rude, and unhelpful. There was a bug in the bathtub. The room smelled funky, a little like mold. Floors in the lobby were dirty when my family was checking out. Garbage, not picked up, and was overflowing out of the cans outside the hotel. My 10y/o son, who is usually a trooper and doesn't seem to ever care about much of anything summed this hotel up quite nicely, "Dad, this place is nasty!"

In my travels to Buffalo, I will not stay in this hotel again. The room itself was ok. My issue was with the staff. I was awakened by a call from the front desk at 3 am. The hotel employee told me that they had received a complaint that I was being loud. He rudely told me to hold down the noise. I told him that I had been sleeping and that I was not making any noise. As I was trying to return to sleep, I received another call from the front desk. This employee was equally rude. He told me that he had received two complaints from a lady saying that I was talking in my room. He said she had an early flight and that I needed to be considerate of her. I tried to explain that I had been asleep, I was traveling alone, and I did not have the TV on. He rudely raised his voice and told me to just hold the noise down. At this point, I was so mad that I could not return to sleep. This was a terrible night in this hotel. I was truly disappointed that the staff did not properly investigate the source of the noise. I was also disappointed with the overall tone of their phone calls. Upon checkout, the staff was only slightly apologetic. As a result, they ended up with two dissatisfied customers instead of one.

Horrible room. Had vomit all over the place! Staff couldn't care less if you were dead or alive. I will never stay at this place again.

We chose this hotel because we were to begin our AMTRAK train trip from Buffalo. The location for all forms of transport is great, and the hotel staff will shuttle you to both the airport and train station. Our room has a king size bed, a sitting area and a microwave oven! It was clean and had everything we needed except a lift. Our suitcases were quite heavy, so the upstairs room was not as convenient as a downstairs room would have been. Staff were, however, helpful in getting the bags up the stairs. We were surprised to have breakfast provided. It was generous and there were hot & cold items. It was good.

I have already recommended this hotel to a friend and cannot stop raving about the friendliness of the staff and the comfort of the hotel. I would there again in a heartbeat. The use of the shuttle was also good.

Close to airport, shuttle was great, nice room. No elevator, non smoking hotel, but the room smelled like it used to be smoked in. Great hotel for the price, close to the airport. The shuttle was very fast! Employees were very friendly and helpful. If you have a lot of luggage it is tough with no elevator but the employees were willing to help. Nice and clean, updated room.

This hotel was very easy to get to off of the highway and close enough to Buffalo to make for an easy drive. Great staff, great stay, etc!

The complementary breakfast had a variety of items. The room was large. The room was really stuffy and smelled funny.
