I loved this hotel, the rooms were big and very comfortable. Great location, there is all kinds of food located in the shopping plaza walking distance from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We went to South Carolina for our brother's graduation from the Marines at Parris Island. The hotel had directions at the desk and we were about 20 minutes away.

Nice hotel. It is located near enough to Parris Island/Hilton Head area. Rooms were comfortable and roomy. Breakfast was good. Some days eggs and bacon, other days sausage gravy and biscuits. Fresh fruit, cereals etc. Staff was freindly. Overall a good stay..

Breakfast, clean, and new. Hard to find off the main road. Stayed here one night on the way up 95. It was very nice, new and clean. Had a good cont. plus breakfast, coffee, juice etc. Rooms spacious and bathroom are bigger than average.

My wife and I were guests at this location last week and on Thursday night, 10/23/08 my back went out. My wife called the desk about midnight and the staff responded so fast and with so much help. It was fantastic!!! Never, and I say never in all my travels has a hotel staff helped so much to do everything to make me comfortable and also to put my wife at ease. I want to thank the staff of Comfort Suites Bluffton S.C. for all they did for us . They were great, and may God bless each and every one of them. It feels good to know their are still people in this world who will go out of their way to help a stranger in need. Thank You--Thank You Ken Itzkowitz Scranton Pa

My stay was good, the staff was wonderful! Rooms need a little renovating you can definatley tell they have had lots of people staying in them! Breakfast was one of the biggest continental breakfasts i have ever seen...lots of selections!Would definatley recommend!

The bed was huge andthe bathroom was beautiful. It was hard to find. I would definately stay there again. Very clean, full breakfast, nice room andconvenient location. Free cookies!

Overall the stay great. The location was very good for us, the hotel is at one end of a plaza. We were able to walk to a variety of restaurants, a grocery store, department store and golf store. We were able to get to Hilton Head Island within 20 minutes. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pretty good, although they could use a coat of paint. I would stay here again.

The girl at the desk who was incredibly young was very nice and apologetic. The vomit on the wall behind the toilet, these in the nightstand. From the outside it looked great the lobby was nice as was the desk clerk. The hallways had not seen housekeeping in ages. The room was filthy, beer caps in the drawers along with the. S. tons of scum and body hair in the shower. Upon room upgrade there was vomit on the wall behind the toilet need I go on?

Once you find the hotel you appreciate the location near stores and restaurants. The suites are small and dark.""Deluxe breakfast"" is very inconsistent and skimpy. The phone in our room did not work for 4 days and housekeeping forgot to clean one day out of 4.

Great location, large rooms and baths. The room had a terrible smelling. The location was great to get to Hilton Head and Savannah, large rooms and baths, nice breakfast in the morning. On the downside? The smell in the smoking room got into our clothes, suitcases, etc. The bedspreads had pizza sauce on them from the last people, and even though I folded it to showcase that point, they were never cleaned or changed. The pool was outside on the west side of the hotel and was very small, very cold due to no sun on it and could not be used. The breakfast was great but the chairs were too big for the tables, making the area much too crowded and difficult to get to the food without bumping into someone or something. My kids loved the free cookies in the lobby.

Great breakfast, sausage gravy, biscuits, hot waffles. Hard to find, need bigger sign at main 278 road. Great accommodations, super continental breakfast, complimentary cookies in lobby. Would definitely stay at this hotel again, short drive to savannah.

"I loved my room it was absoluley beautiful and very well cleaned, the hotel staff was excellent(very helpful and always had smiles on face)! Housekeeping was also very good, did wonderful job cleaning our room.Fruit and some kind of meat option would be nice for breakfast."
