Rooms were clean. Front desk staff was not helpful. Rooms were clean. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The free breakfast was basic. Location was convenient to highways and attractions. Front desk staff was neither helpful nor thoughtful. Had to return back downstairs on three consecutive occasions when room key didn't work. TV remote was not operational. Basic no frill accommodations. Room (suite) had college sized refrigerator.

We stayed here over Columbus weekend. Our room was spacious and spotless. The sheets were nice and white and fresh. Very surprised by the great room for such a value. The main areas and pool areas were also very clean. The free breakfast gets a little congested, but there are some decent offerings. The hotel seems like a newer building, or very well maintained. Don't have hesitations about staying here. It's a great place.

i thought every thing about our stay at the comfort suit was wonderful. The people at the front desk was wonderful,our room was super clean including the bathroom , we had alittle trouble fining the place but the location of the place is very queit. the pool has to much clorein (burn your eyes a little) the breackfest was very nice. we loved it. super nice people working there.

Had a pool. There rooms smelled of smoke. Was disappointed rooms smelled of smoking for a 1000 per cent smoke free! Try to tell me it was just recently smoke in no way it was a smoked in from along time smoke in curtains bed spread rug stunk! Couldn't change us the first night did change us to another room second night no to happy about that place.

Soon after check-in, I noticed the toilet rim had stains and hairs on it. I used a Wet Wipe and cleaned it. There were numerous brown stains on the bathroom doorway. I cleaned that, too. The bedspread had a hole in it and a chair was stained. The room had a funky smell to it which went away when the air conditioning was turned on. Twenty minutes or so after check-in, the desk called to ask if everything was okay. I told them about the bathroom and they offered to send housekeeping. We had begun settling everyone in and didn't feel like the intrusion. Besides, I had already cleaned. The bed sagged and husband said his back was hurting the next morning. The pool was freezing and not heated as I thought was advertised. Breakfast was typical of free hotel fair, nothing special. For * plus a night, I expect better.

Stayed at this hotel many times over 3 to 4 years. Over the last year we had many problems some of the problems had been addressed and some hadn't.The rooms(we had recommended this hotel to other associates) were filthy, bathroom-BM stains on toilet seat, room floors- not clean, sheets - appeared to be slept on. Room wasn't available upon check-in at 3:30p.m. The last time we will ever stay at this hotel was in April 2008

We were greeted by a very friendly woman at the front desk. She made checking in very easy and fast. We got up to the room and it was very clean and comfortable. We recieved a call from the front desk to make sure everything was okay. I found that very thoughtful. The breakfast in the morning was great but there were tons of people in there. I would suggest getting to breakfast early if you want to get a table. I found the pool to be a little on the cold side but my kids didn't mind. We were there for the weekend and had a wonderful time. I would most certainly take my family back to this hotel.

We went up for a weekend of shopping, and this hotel was great! Very friendly staff, the room was beautiful and very clean. The pool was great! My daughter had a great time in the pool! The free breakfast was great; waffles,eggs,sausage,muffins, bagels, cereal,yogurt, fresh fruit and juices, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. We will definately be staying there again! They even have a small exercise room. Very quiet at night."
