They were very helpful. We turned in our rental car the night before our flight. Shuttle bus drivers were very nice.

Clean, courteous and quick airport shuttle at all hours. Very courteous staff, arranged last minute pick up when car rental desk was closed. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Gave good rate via Priceline.

We booked this hotel as an overnight stay to visit family nearby. I rate the staff with five star service because they were so friendly, professional, and hospitable. Continental breakfast was free and included both warm and cold meals. The room was clean and spacious for a family of 4. I found this hotel to be better than some of the 5-star hotels I've stayed as far as how we were treated by staff and cleanliness. We will definitely be staying here again during future travels and I totally recommend this hotel to others.

Rooms were clean and modern, staff were friendly, shuttle was available as required with a friendly driver. Restaurants were only a short drive away.

Very clean, attractive, comfortable rooms! Chek-in 1 am, waited for 10-15 minutes for desk attendant to arrive for check-in. Overall, hotel was very nice, very nice clean comfortable room with nice amenities. Continental breakfast was very well done. My only negative comment would be the wait time to check-in. We arrived around 1 AM and nobody was present at the counter we stood there for 10-15 minutes before some arrived.

We stayed for 2 nights - the 1st night we did not have enough pillows or blankets - hotel said they were out. Mold and dirty bathroom, dirty carpet, - we tried to get another hotel, but all were sold out.

Our experience at Comfort Suites couldn't have been better. The room was exactly as advertised, the bed was super-comfortable and even the bathroom was spotless. The thing that really stood out in my mind was the friendly service. I travel a lot and I have never encountered a friendlier or more accommodating staff than at Comfort Suites. They really made our short stay a pleasure.

Having shuttle service to restaurants was great. The bathroom floor had dirty spots on it. The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and the convenience of having the shuttle was great! It took us to a restaurant for dinner and then to the airport the next morning. Would stay there again.

A no-frills hotel that met expectations. Shuttle service from airport was wanting but to the light rail, it was fine. Foreget the ""fitness room""; it is on a smoking floor and the gym smells like a tavern and looks like a boiler room. Breakfast was adequate.

We arrived late in the evening and was met with cookies and hot chocolate. The manager on that evening was extremely helpful with our needs during our 3 night stay. The breakfast that is served each morning was very good! We were glad to get back to our room each day to sit back in the sitting area and enjoy reading our books. We will come back to Baltimore to see the sites and will stay here again.

The queen beds and pillows. Nothing that I can recall. Nice hotel close to airport. Staff was friendly. Room was nice size with large beds. Would stay here again.

I had to stay in the area for a month. I stayed at this Hotel for a week and booked another Hotel. There was a very strange odor throughout the Hotel, the hallways and rooms were dark because of low light. If you looked closely, you could see stained rugs throughout. My phone, also, didn't work and was never fixed. The bathroom floor was in need of a good cleaning. Other guests had the same complaint.

Location was good, breakfast ok, but basic. The non-smoking room was dank, smokey, stains in carpet, and on walls. The hotel is convienent to airport and Washington expressway, but room was far below minimum standards for price and expectation. Non-smoking room was dank and smokey. Had to wash all clothing that was opened in the room after leaving.

You can't get closer to BWI! The suite was very nice, with lots of room to spread out and do paperwork. This area is being developed and there are increasing numbers of restaurants nearby at all price levels.

Friendliness, cleanliness, everything. The Comfort Suites at BWI was an excellent choice for an overnight stay before flying. It was clean, the staff was very friendly, the room we had was large and access to BWI was excellent.

Our stay at the Comfort suites was just an overnighter. Arrived after dinner and checked out before breakfast for an early morning flight. Things could not have gone smoother - everyone was courteous, tried to be helpful (arrange for transportation, wake up, newspaper in the morning) and the rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. Not much more to say - we would definately return!
