When my fiance and i arrived to check in, the front desk clerk was rude and talked down on us like we weren't good enough to be staying at his hotel. Once we got to our rooms, we found children running the halls that another couple had already complained about while we were checking in and nothing was done about it. I had stayed at this hotel before and had great expierences, but behind the newly painted exterior, there are dirty pools, unruly children and rude desk clerks. I wont be staying here ever again.

I mistakenly got on the wrong shuttle, I wanted to go to another hotel of their brand. When I got to Comfort Suites I found out that I was taken to the wrong hotel. The Front Desk staff wouldn't help me figure how to get to the hotel my reservation was at. I just had to sit in the lobby helpless. Finally I look through my paper work and found my hotel's contact information. MY hotel was nice enough to pick me up from this unfriendly hotel. I feel like the only thing Comfort Suites wanted from me is to STEAL my business and stay there. Once I told him I wanted to stay at the other hotel, I got no more help! The hotel I went to had a much nicer staff. They apologize for the mix up and thank me for staying with them. I am mostly upset that the Comfort Suites Driver even picked me up, all of this wouldn't have happen if he just check to see if I had a reservation with them. Don't you guys have a arrival list?????

Staff very friendly, courteous and informative. Room very presentable and clean. Enjoyed having a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, iron board and free internet service.

Very cordial and helpful personnel. Room was clean and very nicely appointed with a tiny but useful kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The room was comfortable and attractive. The free airport shuttle was important to me. I will certainly make this my motel of choice next time I visit Portland.

The staff were very friendly. We were very tried after our flight and come in around 4am but they were there to greet us at the airport and take us to the hotel.

We liked the breakfast options and having a pool - the location was great too. The pool seems unfinished - cement floors - no color. The hot tub seemed a little murky.

Our stay at this hotel was only one night, but it was clean, comfortable and very accommodating. We were traveling to Portland so my Mother-in-law could catch an airplane home after the holidays. We had 3 adults and 2 young children 7 & 5. This Comfort Suite had rooms with 3 very good queen beds, which was perfect for our party. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we asked for a late check-out since my Mother-in-laws flight required her to be at the airport @ 5am, so we came back to the hotel and slept a few more hours before heading home. The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check out at 1pm. The complimentary breakfast started at 4am and lasted until 9am, allowing us to grab a little bite before heading to the airport, which was only 2 miles away. The hotel was very clean, the pillows quite comfortable (no pancake pillows here), the facility was clean and modern, and for being only minutes from the airport was actually quite quiet. The hotel has a pool, but we didn't avail ourselves of it, no time, but the kids would have liked to. There was a shopping center right nearby, several restaurants, and the 205 freeway. Is this a fancy hotel with concierge service, room service, and valet parking... No. It is family friendly, comfortable, and an excellent value. This hotel is perfect for travelers and vacationers and I highly recommend it. Offers continental breakfast, high speed internet, airport shuttle, excellent staff, great beds and pillows, and clean modern facility. A very nice place to stay. Little information not available on their website: they have an elevator for the stair challenged (like myself)

The room was spacious and comfy and the breakfast was great. There was nothing that we did not like. This hotel had friendly service, an excellent breakfast with waffles and eggs, etc, roomy rooms and a good layout with a separate relaxing area for those who didn't want to go to bed. It also had a refrigerator and microwave, iron, and hair dryer. I will definitely look for this same motel again.

The room was spacious (I was traveling alone - my room had 2 queen beds)and nice and clean. The bathroom was spotless and actually had a good shower! The bed and pillows (4 on each bed) were SO comfortable, and I'm a picky sleeper without my own pillows. The hotel is very close to the airport so there is a lot of street traffic and airplanes flying overhead but I didn't notice it at all at night. The neighborhood is, eh, so-so. Not run down or anything, just not close to any sightseeing destinations, but I wasn't there for that purpose so didn't care at all. IKEA is right down the road and that was a fun place to explore. The hotel is perfect for those who are staying overnight and need access to the airport. Complimentary breakfast is adequate if you're on the run. Not a ton of stuff, but certainly good enough if you're on the run. They have the usual one hot item (plus make-your-own waffle), bagels, muffins, cereal, basic breads and instant oatmeal. Like I said, adequate. My husband and I will be going back to Portland in a couple of months and we plan to stay at the Comfort Suites Airport. I enjoyed my four day stay.

You can always depend on Comfort Inn's for a great stay. Parking lot entrance could be better lit. Was a bit difficult to find after dark. Should be adult only hours for pool. This hotel lived up to its name. We try to stay in Comfort Inn's whenever possible, because we never have to worry about them being clean and comfortable.

Very convinient location and hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. They let us check in earlier than normal check'in time because my kids were tired. Room was pretty clean and comfortable. I'd come back when I go to portland next time.

A pleasant surprise. Hotel staff was polite and attentive - very helpful. Rooms clean and are being improved. Although there is no restaurant in the hotel, there are several nearby with dining facilities.
